The technician was thorough in his inspection and determination of our possible issue. He did his work quickly and efficiently making sure that we understood what he was doing and why. He was clear and upfront about the cost of each of our options and offered both pros and cons of each option available.

We had some issues with A/C yesterday and we called Bounds immediately to have it checked out. They were able to schedule the appointment the next day and did offer emergency assistance. Andy was extremely professional and reviewed every bit of our system. All throughout gave updated and gave us information. I would definitely have them service and repair all HVAC issues.

Warranty issue, diagnosed in less than 10 minutes, you are charging me $500. That is ridiculous. I paid you nearly $8000 for this system and it didn’t last 5 years.
