I set up a technician to come and give me an estimate to change out my old unit AC to a use unit

I have on the property .The next day He called and said he could not do that he only can install new units. I told him to go ahead and come on Friday and install the freon in my old unit and I will get someone else to replace it at a later Date. When the technician showed up that afternoon he said that he did not have R22 which I specified that at the original conversation at the office that it was An R22 unit and he did not have anything that was compatible with that so he had to call someone else to come and bringing 427 to Put Freon in it. The technician did an excellent job. The only Thing Is your company has a communication problem with your office and your field technicians. Your technician also said that he changes used units out all the time so I don't understand why the office would tell me something different.

We used Bounds Heating & Air to help us with some ductless units that were installed in a house we recently purchased. Bounds did NOT install the units, and don't even carry the same brand, but they offered to fix the issues nonetheless.

They are extremely professional. They arrived precisely on time and gave us a reasonable estimate.

Once the work started they moved quickly and efficiently. They offered great solutions to some problems that came up during the work. They also fixed some items that had been done improperly by whoever had installed the systems in the first place.

Bounds is a great company. Going forward they are the only heating and air company we'll use in Gainesville.

Service was excellent. Just started their maintenance on my heating and A/C system. From my first contact, they quickly responded, while two other companies never answered my inquiry. The service person was on time, courteous, and explained each step. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service technician that came out was absolutely great. He went over all he did with me in detail. The price was not as bad as I had anticipated. He was very prompt in getting to the appt on time and I got a text to let me know he was on the way. Great service.

I called around 10:30 am and someone was at my place before 1 pm the same day. Christopher identified, explained, and fixed the problem quickly. I cannot believe how efficient they are! I highly recommend this place.

We have used Bounds for years at this point and they came through for us again. Our outside unit kept throwing the breaker and the technician tracked the problem to breaker itself. The whole problem was corrected in about an hour. We will definitely be using Bounds in the future!
