Weve had issue after issue with our new build home in Grand Oaks, mainly our HVAC so when it needed repaired for the 3rd time in 2 years it was frustrating. We called Bounds at 7:30am on a Sunday and they technician was out to our house by 8:00 and fixed in 30 mins! He was professional and friendly!
