Apparently if they sitting quietly staring at you not talking and apear to be catatonic they on the phone ..
Every single one of them at the desk are incapable of being on hold and answering a quick question about where something is on a shelf ...
Crazy thing is I've been on the phone with em not very motivated to help ya there either ...
It's all good though ..
You never know who is standing in front of you guys n gal ...
Unless you the only place on earth that has it you won't have to worry about me or my people spending money wit ya. This the 3rd n last chance I give ya ta change my mind about your people and the way you treat your small account holders ...

The level of service I receive whenever I'm at the Trane Supply office on 35th is what I hope I give to my customers. These guys are top notch and very service oriented .Makes my day to come to this office
