Rachel K. is fantastic and such a pleasure to do business with. Working in the commercial hvac business can be chaotic and change by the minute but no matter the situation she always takes care of us and makes sure we have what we need. Myself and all the girls in my office are so thankful for Rachel.

Our system breaks about 5 times a year. I’m writing this as it’s 7° in Nashville, and no one is answering our calls. Our system is broken. Trane is the worst company I’ve dealt with.

The guys on the counter work hard to keep up with the volume of traffic that overwhelms the store daily. Between three counter guys they take over 100 phone calls daily and just as many or more walk in customers.
