Called to ask about a part here in Nashville
TN (wanted to buy locally). Talked to a guy named Mike (not a friendly dude) Was told that if i don't gave an account he can"t help me at all. Never mind that i have my own HVAC licensed bussiness and have been around for the last 20+ years. I guess if you want to pay cash this is not the place to go. Anyways purchased part from ebay (cheaper and free shipping)
