    It's rare to find a company that you can trust. Joseph was very respectful of the fact that I'm a disabled veteran and a senior citizen. My central air unit went out on Saturday afternoon, and I was dreading trying to sleep tonight. It was 90° today, and after many calls to every company that I could pull up on my phone, Coolray called me back and said that they would get to me today. That's service above and beyond the call of duty. Joseph had my unit up and running within twenty minutes. He told me what the problem was and fixed it immediately. You don't find that type of service anywhere. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need ( I know a little bit, but I have one leg and get around in a wheelchair so I never could have fixed it) My house is cooling down, and my animals and I won't have to suffer tonight. That means more to me than anything. If I have a problem with heating, air conditioning, or plumbing , Coolray will be who I call. I have a home warranty, but they couldn't get anyone out until Monday. What good does that do me. I got them, basically because my heating and air unit is 13 years old. I may be canceling them. I now have a company that I can trust when something goes wrong. That's what counts. Thank you, Joseph and Coolray. You made my day, but more importantly, my night .

    We had an awesome experience, and the technician was very friendly! They installed a new Uv system and filter, it works amazing!! There is way less dust in our home and our allergies are gone!!! I cannot say enough about the help it brought to my home!

    I called the plumber who is contracted with our building THREE TIMES with no response! I called Coolray and they sent a tech out within 2 hours to fix my broken hose spigot!!! Jeff was my technician and did an incredible job!! I asked probably a thousand questions and he did amazing answering all of them and taking time to educate me. He unfortunately had to cut a hole in the wall to fix one of our pipes, but he did so quickly and even cleaned up the space afterwards so that it wasn't dusty/an accident hazard for my kiddo/cats. Super kind, friendly, and professional service at a great price. Will be continuing to use this company for the rest of my time in Nashville. Incredible service experience!

    I bought i fridge that needed a water line hooked up to it for the water & ice maker to work. My tech Kevin came on time and got the job done in a reasonable time.     I had my hvac installed by another co. less that 2 yrs ago. I have had problems ever since . I called cool ray and talked to Thomas Young who used to work for other co. now wks for cool ray. He went above and beyond to get my repair done at ALOT less money. I highly recommend Coolray for all your needs. They have a great very affordable cool care membership plan that includes much more for your money than the other. Also the tech. they sent Brad was on time, proffessional and thorough. Super nice as he explain everything and answered all my questions.

    Amazing and courteous service! We had to call because our motor went out just in time for the cold! Our technician Richard Barber was very informative and fixed our unit in no time! Hope to see him in the future when we can replace our old unit with a new one. So happy to have heat again! 10/10 highly recommend

    Service technicals were very nice and knowledgeable. I do think the price was very steep it was over $500 for them to snake my drain in under 20 minutes. Although techs were great and I would recommend them I wouldn’t use this company again.

    My appointment was at 2 and they showed up before 2 (I was still at work). They were supposed to do a tune up / clean my hvac. The guy basically told me the unit is junk and I need a new one. After I declined, he got huffy, took the check and left. Hvac still looks dirty. Picture is how it looked after he left. What did I pay for?
