Been working for a Trane Certified dealer for 9 years and of all the locations in state this branch is the best. The counter guys know their stuff and go out of their way to make sure it’s right. Idk how many times I’ve placed a will call through another branch and these guys catch some issue when I’m picking the parts up.
This place is wholesale only, of course general public can’t buy parts here. There’s a couple places down the street that do, you just need to know what parts you need before going in, like anywhere else. These guys don’t diagnose machines for you lol The phones are always crazy, especially when it’s summer time (should be a given here in AZ.) Either way, best Trane branch in the valley!

I bought a new Trane unit less than two years ago and have had multiple problems with the coil leaking. These units are trash.

Very fast at bringing equipment out. Took maybe 5 minutes. The mesa store needs to take notes from the people that run this store. The forklift drivers are way more skilled here. Highly recommend you pick up equipment here instead.

They should change their motto to nothing breaks down more than a Trane.

Terrible customer service. Waited on hold for over an hour just to be told they don't sell to the public. Then refused to even assist me with getting the correct part number for my heat pump. I used to swear by trane but their service is terrible. I could see if it was a part for the cooling system but a condenser motor I have 2 units the other is a Goodman and I had no problems getting parts for it.

Customer service is poor. Called several times to get a compressor warrantied. Spent most of my time on hold. Then choose the call back method. Well they didn't call back:(

Awful. Just Awful. The arrogance of this company is astounding. I have been trying to get a price on a compressor for a customer with a trane unit for 4 hours. Endless hold resulting in a voicemail box no matter what option you select on their menu. Trane is so big and so arrogant that they simply dont care about ACTUAL customer service after they sell you an overpriced unit.

Customer service is generally poor every time I go into that store, you can stand there for several minutes without even being acknowledged. Calling in is an even worse experience. It is rare that you get an answer from someone at that location, and so you often get a customer service rep who is not familiar with the business, or the parts that you are asking for.

Was here recently for Trane’s Digital Day. Great place, wonderful people. Trane’s team at this location is top-notch!

Stop sending me surveys. How about... make a call center and stop having the sales counter answer phones..... it's genius I know. Big brain plays.
