Diamond AC & Heating

We have used Diamond for all of our HVAC needs since we moved into our new home in Jerome, AZ. From the very start our experience has always been so wonderful. Michael , and his son (also Michael) have always been so punctual, professional, and courteous. They take time to call us outside of their service hours to answer questions and make sure we are well taken care of. Their work is always clean effective and quick, whether they are cleaning ducts or making repairs. We will continue to call these guys for anything in the future because we know for a fact that we will have a great experience.

Not all heating and cooling companies are alike. It can be a challenge to figure which HVAC company will provide you with the best service to fit your budget and your needs.

Diamond AC & Heating gain my trust from the office staff to the experienced maintenance techs, they are polite, professional, knowledgeable, ON TIME and friendly. They always follow up and do routine maintenance without being reminded. 5 stars all day! Recommend to all my friends, family neighbors and anyone that ask!

I was in need of a new AC unit as soon as summer hit. My unit was 20 years old and quit working. Christian came out to my place, was very professional, and knowledgeable! I chose to go with a new unit, over trying to fix everything wrong with the old one. Christians price he quoted me was great! I was able to get a new unit installed within 2 days. The install team was very professional and no hassle! You could tell they were all very trustworthy and there to do their job. I felt safe enough to leave them in my house while they installed my new unit. Couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. Thank again guys!

Christian is amazing. He is very good and efficient at what he does. They help remind me that it is time for my unit checkups. I have used multiple contractors but have finally found a company i trust.

I have been with Diamond AC since early in their start stage of 2018. To be honest I have had all good services from them but on the down side they are not on top of the maintenance every six months as they should be. Other companies are consistent in calling and scheduling your checkups twice a year, making sure to get those done for their customers holding contracts. So be sure to keep it on your calendar and be the one to call in and schedule. Also, their record keeping has gotten my account a little mixed up at times. Not sure if there are names close to mine and they are not checking addresses to be sure but there have been a few mixups of sorts. I’d have to say between that and having a different person out almost every time would be my only complaints. I prefer to have the same person out as much as possible, so that I know them and they know the system and the work that’s been done and ongoing. Just my preference to have a more personal experience. This last service was the best experience overall. The gentleman out here was Tom Cross, I was very pleased and satisfied. I do hope he stays with them and he is the one to keep coming here moving forward! So nothing major that’s a negative but these few things have kept me from giving them 5 stars. Diamond AC and Heating is personable, prompt and loyal to their customers! I've used them numerous times for service calls and loved tech- Michael Jon as well as when his son Michael who came to work and clean my ducts! Everyone I have worked with within the company has been extortionary ! Love Diamond and highly recommend!!

Our A/C stopped working and within a few hours there was a tech here to fix it, the tech was honest and advised that it was a temporary fix and we would eventually need a new system. We decided to go with getting a new system right away and not chance it going out completely during the summer. They had several different options to chose from and we had the new system installed within a week. They were awesome and I couldn't ask for a better company

In July of 2020 during 120 degree AZ summer weather, I had an old AC unit go out. Carl from Diamond AC and Heating came out and helped me have brand new HVAC units installed the very next day! During the installation, the owner was here to help with the install - he was a really awesome guy and got his hands dirty with everyone else. Everything since the install has been great, and the materials and methods used were thoughtfully chosen and executed. Also, I love that being a customer I get an immediate response from them to come out for maintenance and other services. They are really good about sending out familiar faces - it was great seeing Carl again! He is professional and has a lot of experience, so I value his opinion when it comes to protecting the units and avoiding paying for things I don't need. The rest of the crew that was here for the install were professional and totally cool as well. With any major project, there are going to be challenges; those challenges that came up were immediately rectified and were handled properly and professionally. There are not a lot of vendors I have confidence in, let alone would take the time to write a review for, but Diamond AC and Heating is for sure an exception and has not disappointed at all. Thanks!
