Richard, service person for Diamond AC & Heating, was super nice and kind. He was very courteous and respectful of my home. He performed his work diligently and was honest in regards to maintenance costs.
I truly like how this company supports the community with their acceptance of canned donations to help others in need.

Diamond AC and Heating has been a breath of fresh air, literally. When our AC went out during the heat of the day we called to see if we could possibly get someone out for a same day appointment and thankfully they sent out one of their technicians, David, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service he provided to us. He was able to fix the issue with out AC system and he did so in a timely manner and even took the time out of his day to explain to us why it broke down and how his suggested repair would fix the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone we know and we plan on now getting our maintenance services done by them. Thank you David and Diamond AC and Heating for all of your hard work and amazing service!

Carl is the most helpful, friendly and capable HVAC expert that Diamond AC & Heating has sent to my home. Carl helped me choose the best new HVAC system for my home. Carl has also done the best job of all in performing maintenance checkups and service on my HVAC system in the 22 years that I've owned one. Give that man a raise! 🤑

Out of nowhere, Diamond A/C and Heating contacted me regarding a/c service. I explained that our unit was quite old and hadn’t worked in 5 years. In that time at least 4 different companies said it was unrepairable & needed to be replaced. The man from Diamond explained that they wanted to stop by and take a look. I told them that we were retired on social security with a limited fixed income and didn’t have an extra dime for repairs, the reason it sat broken for so long. They told me they could give it a look at no charge. They showed up when scheduled, and on time. Richard, the tech was a very polite man and got right to work. He found the problem within 5 minutes and had the whole unit up and running, perfectly in an hour. Surprised and amazed, after being told so many times that it was “dead” , I expected a large bill. He wrote out an invoice and it had no charge on it. Richard explained that they like to do things to help the community and it was his(and the companies) pleasure to do so. I don’t know how they found us. I don’t know why they have done such a wonderful thing for us. All I know is that now we have a perfectly working a/c unit and it’s also the heater. So although we don’t need it much , it is now available if we want to use it.
Words cannot express how grateful we are to Richard, Mr. Diamond & the whole crew at Diamond A/C and Heating.
My suggestion to you all is that if you ever need a/c service, tune-ups or any other services they offer, you should contact Diamond first. I know firsthand that you will have the finest service in town and you won’t be disappointed.

My heating and AC system failed completely on 12/28/19. I was still waiting for Heat and AC companies to come out and give me a cost estimate to repair or replace. A friend went to the Home Show and came across Diamond AC and Heating and told them of my dilemma (this was at 2 weeks with no heat). I received a phone call and a service appointment was set up for a few days later (my delay, not theirs). They came out on Thursday, 1/16/2020; I received a detailed explanation of what was wrong and what it would take (a new system, which I anticipated). They came TODAY, ONE DAY LATER, and installed a brand new system. The owner said he did not want me to be cold any longer. I have heat now for the first time in 21 days. We also tested the AC part of the system and when I need it, it will freeze me right out! The installers were courteous, prompt, efficient and completely cleaned up after themselves. They also explained everything for me. I am more than quite pleased with the professionalism of this company and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning service. Gold is good, but Diamond is the very best!

I have had this company do maintenance on my AC in the past. Anthony came to my rescue quickly (the same day) when it went out. He couldn't repair my old unit so I purchased a new one. He had to go back to the shop so he could loan me a window unit for over night so my dogs and I could stay comfortable last night. Thank you Anthony for going the extra mile !! Thank you Diamond Air for getting my unit installed the next day. You guys are AWESOME!!

After months without Ac and dealing with several companies with very little results. I was told to call Diamond Ac and Heating by my friend who raved about the experience she had when her Ac needed to be fixed. I can see why. I called they sent someone out within a couple hours. Aaron was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that I needed and the cost. He was very detailed even doubling check my AC to make sure that the parts needed would work with the Ac unit that I have. I am very impressed with Diamond Ac and Heating and would highly recommend them.

Top notch service. We had a major issue with our ceiling falling in and I contacted Alfred Diamond and we had someone at.our home in 3 hours. Anthony was amazing went over some issues on our current AC unit and we ended up getting another new one since ours was 1997 unit. Ben and his crew came two days later installed our new unit. These guys were amazing loved the communication and professionalism of his team we had our new unit on and blowing cold air in a few hours. Then the drywall guy came by and fixed our hole and installed a new entry way for our atic. I highly recommend these guys this company is top notch service, quality equipment and the staff is funominal⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Head there service Tech come over and check my system system was 6 years old. Told me I needed a new 1. Set that he could hook me up with a really great deal. Called a different company come to find out it was a loose wiring connection and the unit had many years left on it. Do not recommend this company due to high pressure sales and even wonder if their employees can pass a background check or drug test

The techs were on time, professional, thorough and helpful. They went through both our A/C and heating units. They pointed out a couple of issues that needed attention and after our approval took care of them.

We had a different well known company come out earlier and told us our capacitor was close to going out and it would need replacement. We questioned the Diamond A/C techs about the capacitor and they said it was fine and no new parts were needed.

They were truthful and very fair in their dealings with us.

We would highly recommend them as they were more than good!
