Carl the Service Tech, Carl, went to my rental property in Eloy, and tried to talk me into a new unit. My unit was installed in 2008. Which means it was only 13 years old. He told me I needed a new unit and he said he could hook me up with a really great deal and had guys ready to do the work for the tenants right away. Called a reputable company, Al & Riley's out of Casa Grande and they replaced a $50 Capacitor. Tenants were back in business a day later for about $150 instead of the 8 to 9K that Carl was pushing. This company should be run out of business.
Had a noise in ac system they came out and changed a part that costs about $26 and charged about $380 for part for total of $500 dollars including labor.
Diamond AC was incredible. They called me offering a deal to benefit the Food Bank, sent a guy that same day and saved me a ton of money. I'm a new home owner and their expert tech Matt walked me through my system and showed me exactly what is needed now and what I can expect in the future. Summer is here and I know who I'm gonna call if I need AC work!
Diamond AC came out to just do a tune up on my air conditioners. The technician David Henry was polite and knowledgeable. He made a couple recommendations but said for the most part my 10 year old AC units were in great shape. On time! reliable! AND honest!! Highly recommend this company!! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

It goes without saying that having a functioning AC in Arizona is a necessity, not a luxury. When issues arise with your AC unit you NEED those issues addressed immediately but without having to take a loan out to get them fixed. Finding an affordable and HONEST company is not always an easy task BUT I have good newsโI found one. Diamond AC and heating went out of there way to send a technician out to my house within 24 hours of contacting them with the problem I was having with my AC unit. The technician that came to my home was VERY professional and took the time to, not only address the issue I was having, but to explain what was happening with my AC unit and he outlined a plan to address the issue. The most amazing thing that transpired during my conversation with the technician is that he did not try and sell me ANYTHING but informed me that I did not actually NEED to take any immediate action. He was VERY HONEST about what he thought was happening with the AC unit, what I may need to replace in the future and how much it may cost to make said future repairs. He also went a step further and took the time to address my concerns with regards to the condition of my roof (he was a roofer in a prior life) and gave me valuable information about things I would want to think about before replacing AC parts or even my entire AC unit. His suggestions focused on how I could save money both in the short and long term. I can not say enough good things about my entire experience with Diamond AC and Heating. To find an HONEST company that attended to my issues with both speed and compassion was refreshing. Do NOT hesitate to call them if you ever find yourself in need of assistance with your AC/Heating unit.
The entire staff was so helpful in the process-from the first call to the end of my same day AC service! Matt was pleasant and diligent in finding the problem, fixing it, and then staying to be sure everything was in working order before leaving. Bonus, they have great prices! I highly recommend Diamond AC and Heating and will continue to use them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future! Thank you for fixing our AC!
Christian with Diamond AC was great! He took the time to check out our unit then explain and show me everything that that was going on. We did decide to purchase the 5year service plan and it did seem a little on the high side but he gave us a discount and also included all the work that needed to be performed. The really cool thing is that Christian not only showed me what needed servicing but he let me tag along and watch as he explained how everything worked. I watched as he replaced the parts and also how to service and clean the coils in both the ac and furnace. It was enlightening to me and above and beyond for this young man to take the time to do what he did today! Thanks Christian! Vicky
I received a call today on 1/27/2022 from this company and the representative stated he was from "Diamond AC & Heating". I asked if I had ordered something from them or if this was a soliciting call and he replied seemingly dejected or exposed "It's just a courtesy call..." and hung up the phone before allowing either of us to say another word. That made me think... well what if I wanted to order something or have someone come check out my faulty AC that has been bugging me? The representative simply hanging up in melancholy after me asking a direct question tells all.
Coming from someone who owns a small business built up strictly off door to door soliciting this is not the attitude nor professionalism used when trying to market the business/service/product. If you're going to telemarket or solicit, be ready for rejection or "no's" but don't give up after the first objection/clarifying question.
We had a tune up done a week ago when it got cold and now our house is very comfy. The service was excellent and the work was done professionally, when they said they would do it and at a very good price. They did an awesome job for us and I would recommend this company highly. Thanks Diamond AC!
I've gave these guys a shot several years ago when I bought my first house and they seen to only get better. They've given the same service to everyone I've referred them to as well! The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and I know I won't over pay or be sold something I don't need. As a veteran, integrity and professionalism means everything!
