We had Tech Michael come to our home and do an inspection of our AC he was reliable, on time, professional and very friendly. He did the inspection, did the repairs and had the rest of the team out in about an hour to do the rest of the job. They gave us before and after pictures and we were very pleased with the financing option we were offered. I highly recommend this company and wish I would've known about them before. I did not get the name of the other two gentlemen that came but they too deserve to be thanked for their service.

Like other reviews have stated this company does non stop cold calls and spoofs numbers to call you with. At first i thought it was a mistake and they got the wrong number; But nope not even close. I got 2 calls today alone and have had one everyday for the last few weeks. I don't even currently own a home as I sold mine! I am on the national do not call list and they continually blow up my phone. Everytime I block a number they call again from a different one. Because of this when I do own a home again I will not be using them and I will tell everyone I know to not use them. Terrible way to conduct a business.

I had been planning on replacing my HVAC roof unit for about 2 years. I had received 4 quotes. I decided to go with Diamond because of their willingness to work with me on the warranty and price, their maintenance plan, their positive reviews, and their response to negative reviews. I spoke with Anthony, the technician, about my concerns about the negative reviews I had read on Google and BBB. His response reassured me that I would be joining company that cared about the customer after the sale.

One of my other concerns related to the installation process. I have a high quality metal roof, which I cherish. I was concerned about the technicians safety, scratches to the roof, and unnecessary drilling into the roof. The technicians were able to adapt to the slippery surface. Damage to the gutters due to pieces falling was noted in a professional manner and will be addressed. For instance, when removing a panel from the original HVAC unit, the panel had apparently slid down the roof and caught the lip of the gutter, causing a bend in the gutter. I had brought this to the attention of the technicians, and they dealt with it in a professional manner, taking pictures and documented the incident. The technicians also brought to my attention that they were forced to drill into the ribs of the roof to which the clamps attached that held the HVAC base in place. He understood that I was very protective of my roof and assured me that this was unavoidable to ensure that the HVAC system was secure.

The crane operators even took care in covering my driveway with cardboard to prevent oil from dripping on the driveway even though my driveway was stained from previous usage. Afterwards, I did not notice any [new] stains.

One of the technicians installed the Ecobee thermostat, which he insisted [to the project managing staff] on installing after learning that the Honeywell I had originally requested was unavailable. I thought it was great upgrade!

I now have a brand new great looking 2 phase HVAC system, efficient and QUIET. I was quite happy with the process, which took only about 3 hours for installation and entire process from sale to installation was only 4 days. And I am very happy with the result – worry free and efficient environment control for at least 10 years. A big thank you to the technicians for understanding my concerns and for their professionalism, to the crane operators for their care, and thanks to Anthony for his availability during this project. I look forward to my continued dealings with Diamond.

One of my AC unit fans broke by splitting apart and eventually causing damage to the whole inside of the unit which to repair would have been around $1,000. Since the unit was 20 years old, and we have been saving for something happen, figured we might as well get a new unit.

Diamond was very professional. They came out for free to inspect the unit, price the fix and quote a new system. They were a little more sales oriented than I like, obviously pushing for the new system. I had another quote from another provider and Diamond was more than happy to work with me to make them the more attractive offer.

They came out the next day to install and they were here from about 8am to 2pm/3pm. All the workers were considerate of our home and were very professional. The next day the dry wall repair guy came out to fix the attic opening as it had to be widened a little to get the new air handler in the attic. Took him about 15 minutes and he was gone, and we were done.

Installation was smooth and Diamond called ahead each time to schedule everything. The only thing that could make it less painful is the fact that AC units cost so much. Diamond was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the services at Diamond AC! Aaron and Richard came out on a holiday weekend to respond to our call. Our AC was in terrible shape, and they found a solution to every problem. They fully explained the problems and the components to the unit. Pricing was great, and we were able to get financing. They stand behind their products and repairs. They assured me that if things go wrong within the next TEN YEARS, I am covered. I now have an exceptional AC and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this company more! The guys that came out (Richard and Aaron) were amazing! Came for a service call ended up replacing the unit. Why? Did they hard sell? No - BLACK MOLD, clogged coils that the previous A/C guy (not Diamond) didn't tell us about. Saw it myself and could not believe the state of the unit. Surprised we aren't sick from this!! They were even doing a charity drive of canned foods. Great company. Will recommend them highly!

Update: I spoke with Kevin, the office manager, he did apologize and explained the action they took upon investigation of my claims. I did appreciate that fact that they did reach out and apologize. I will not remove my review because what we experienced was very real and upsetting, but I do think there are good people with moral high grounds in this company. I also had the opportunity to work with Zack, who was fantastic and friendly. He cleaned our ducts for us and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was patient with my little ones. I am glad I was given the opportunity to speak with and meet other people in the company and have been pleased with them, I truly wish this was my first experience. Thank you Diamond AC and Heating for reaching out and making it right.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They called me in May and offered a AC and air duct inspection all for $20 and 3 cans of food. I thought it sounded like a good deal and had them come the next day. THEY CALLED ME. My machine was working fine. They showed up 2 hours after their window closed. When TROY got here and started the inspection it was soon presented to me that I needed a whole new system. If I didn't get the new system at their amazing price I would be facing a fire hazard in my home, they said the fire would start in the attic and we wouldn't know until it was to late. My system hasn't had any issues for over 4 years. Its been running perfectly, so I was shocked. TROY became very pushy in how badly I needed to buy this system TODAY. The tech then told me my air ducts were in really bad shape and the dirt in there would eventually get into my children's lungs and KILL THEM. Yes, they went there. I was so upset.

The tech was pulling out all the stops to make me think I got a good deal, he even got on the phone with his boss who continued to offer me better deals. I was uncomfortable in my own home. I already knew no matter what I wouldn't use this company for a new unit, but i knew I needed a 2nd opinion. That company said my AC was FINE!! I then had another company come out just to be sure, because you know, I don't want my children to die from the air ducts or fire that was going to start at any time, and the 3rd company said my system still had several years left to live!

Had a few issues with my home warranty company, Diamond Ac and Heating helped us work through these issues and get our ac repaired ASAP. For all of our appointments, they were able to get a technician out to our house with in 24 hrs or less. They called and stayed ontop of the home warranty company, kept us updated every step of the way. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again for any work I needed.
