Just received harassing sales calls from a Debbie representing your company calling from a spoofed phone #. Step up your game with more ethical sales practices. None of us consumers respond well to unsolicited spam calls. This review is not a direct presentation of the work you do for your customers, but be ethical on sales calls and honor the Do Not Call Registry.

David has serviced our A/C everytime we've had an issue and I wouldn't want anyone else. He's very friendly, professional and quick. We will always use Diamond as long as they're around.

These people keep calling me after I have asked to be removed their call list.

4 times within the past few weeks. They did the same thing last year.
If the did decent work they would not have to call and bother people. They should be working in referrals. That must tell you what type of business they are.

Please follow the rules of the do not call register.

Our service technician was a guy named Matt. He was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and did what he could to save me money. It was refreshing to deal with an A/C tech like Matt. I hope we get Matt every time we are due for service.

Christian was very kind courteous and was very good at explaining what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.

This company called me 4 times in 1 day to try to get me to sign up for the AC service. Despite trying to be professional with them, the caller for the company was anything but professional. I tried to get off the phone to take care of patients and deal with a school situation with my child and the caller mocked me. Seriously. I suspect this is how the whole company as I am truly discussed it by this company and I hope nobody works with them.
