Diamond AC & Heating

We have been with Diamond AC since 2018. We originally had them come out to install an air scrubber and we got the maintenance plan and had them service our ACs since. On 6/8 our AC went out and in order to see if it was covered under the home warranty, we had to go with one of their AC techs. Long story short, the home warranty denied our claim and appeal so we had the tech order the part needed. We paid overnight shipping and it arrived damage.

Instead of purchasing a new unit from the AC tech, we called Diamond AC to get a second look. If we were going to buy a brand new unit, we wanted to go with the company we've been with for a few years. I'm glad we did. They never disappoint. Troy and Mike were amazing. The amount of experience and knowledge they bring to the table is why we stay with them. They are straight shooters and never want to put their customers in a bad situation and they never try to upsell you. They had the option to upsell but they told us it wasn't worth it for our situation because we had solar panels. I can't say enough great things about them. They really took care of us and helped us out.

For us, it's the transparency the company has and how personable they are. If we were going to buy an AC we thought we might as well get an upgraded one. Not only did they tell us they didn't think it would be in our best interest to get the higher prices unit, they called the owner to get his opinion. It's not everyday you find businesses like this.

The only regret we have is not calling them when the AC originally went out. We would be living the life with new AC units by now!

I have used Diamond AC and Heating several times, from maintenance to repairs. Everybody there is courteous and professional. When I call, I feel like a person and not just a dollar sign. I try to get Richie, but have had others that are great as well (David). They have actually saved me money. I thought that I needed a new system, they fixed my existing system and let me know that I didn't need a new system as of now. Very, unheard of these days. I'm a loyal dog in my doings and will use them always. Thanks for making me feel like a member of the family.

Diamond had Matt come out and fix my air handler up in the attic SAME DAY. It was leaking pretty bad and was gonna start causing serious damage. Matt was extremely smart and very personable! He explained to me and SHOWED me what was wrong and explained the best way to fix the issue. At no point at all did I feel pressured or like I was being hustled to do work that didn't need to be done.

While I was in the attic I ended up cutting my hand really bad and bleeding everywhere and Matt stayed and served me by cleaning the blood off of my carpet and other surfaces. Truly a stellar human being.

Absolutely loved the service. Price was completely fair but would absolutely pay more for the honest work. Hard to come by these days!

Diamond AC & Heating proved to be everything we expected and more! A+ service in response, communication, quality AND price. They were great with going over our issues and what our options were. We have already recommended them to 4 others! We are definitely using the check up service in the future. I maintain my car so it works well for longer, now I understand how important it is to do it with my AC! Thanks for keeping us cool!

My wife and I run into trouble with our AC system and after a few not so great technicians we called the BEST: Diamond AC. First Michael Jon, gave us the bad news and proposed the solution, then the next day the installers came by and finally the following day the guy who retouches and clean your wall came by. All around a top team, great financing program and the AC works like a Stradivarius violin. I highly recommend you give this company a call for any AC services you might need.

Our tech was Matt. Great attitude, quick, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed our ac unit and also fixed our furnace that's been down 4 yrs. All other companies I called could not make it out for a few days and az summers do not agree with this. I needed help and they were quick to answer. I even signed up for a service plan! Highly recommend this company and this tech!

Had an inspection and service with Richard Emery today. He arrived in the agreed upon timeframe and called ahead which gave me ample time to be available for the inspection. He was understanding when I asked that he wait a short while I verify his assignment to my inspection and then worked quickly and efficiently after I verified him via the company office number. Throughout the inspection he found a number of issues that either made the AC system inefficient or would lead to bigger problems down the road. He quoted what I believe was a fair price for corrections and then performed those corrections same day. I have no complaints about this visit and look forward to working with this company again.

We had the pleasure of meeting David Henry as he was sent to our home as our HVAC tech from Diamond AC and Heating. He did an amazing job! He diagnosed the problem quickly, had parts readily available in his work vehicle and left no mess behind. He explained my options on the repair and we chose the path best for us. I will need a new unit soon and it will be this company that makes it happen. He was kind, genuine, honest, on time, very knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them and refer him to my friends and family!

Calls REPEATEDLY. I have told them three or four times I was not interested in their services. Today, when I told them YET AGAIN, the man started to shout at me. VERY unprofessional. Even if I NEEDED their services, there is no way I'd use them now. I have had to block their number. Tired of the repeated calls and aggressive attitude.

Christian and Corey were knowledgeable and professional when they did the assessment of my issues. The two gentlemen who did the service were also professional. I received pictures before and after work was done. In three days I've noticed a big improvement in how my unit runs, in the air quality of my house and I've been able to keep my thermostat several degrees lower (it's February). I highly recommend Diamond!
