Our system was installed in December of 2019. It stopped working late Tuesday night on the 22nd. Called their answering service to request a service call. Scuba Steve was the tech who responded the next day. It needed a new run capacitor and I also had him install a new start capacitor to add more years of life to the compressor. He was quick and professional.

He walked me through the repair of my old ac system and provided a great price for a new unit when i asked for it. David Henry and the installers were very professional and on time and clean. Truly amazing company. Felt taken care of through the whole process and the pricing was way better than the competitors I looked up. My water heater went out Friday night and they where at my house with a new unit ready to install Monday morning even though it was a holiday weekend. 5 stars doesn’t do this company justice. Highly recommend them to anyone needing AC heating etc. type of work done.

We had Ryan come check out our AC system. He was nice enough but had a very sales-man pitch. We were cold called about an AC check up for $20 which I thought was a good deal. However I assumed this was a ‘tune up’. He literally did nothing but look at the system and tell me all the things that were wrong with it. He didn’t clean the coils, replace filters, refill freon— or any of the things you expect from a checkup. I suppose it’s my bad for not ensuring what service we were actually going to receive. So, just know that if you want a tune up, then be very specific otherwise they won’t do anything but try to sell you on a brand new system. Also, our unit had been working fine but he reported that it stopped when he was inspecting it. That just seemed really strange to me. Overall, neither my husband nor I got a good feeling about the situation as he didn’t seem to try to be helping us at all, just sell us on an upgrade.

The main thing that still bothers me is that he told us about all these things that were wrong with the hook up, even said that we had unsafe wires that ‘could be a fire hazard’— that we were losing cool air in the attic, oh. And that we ‘might’ have a carbon monoxide leak but that it ‘probably’ wasn’t detrimental. Did he offer to fix these things? Nope. Did he say, ‘I can go ahead and take care of those things for blank amount’ — nope. So now we are left feeling like we live in an unsafe home with an air tech that only came to point out what was wrong and not offer anything helpful.

The best service!! I have been dealing with Eagle Eye AC who my warranty co First American set me up with, it has been 1 mo and still no one has fixed my leaking unit Eagle Eye is awful!!!!! A friend set me up with this co and made a call 8/25, Michael was out 8/26 and can have my AC fixed by 8/27. I will never use anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stephen came out and was very professional. He let us know we had an issue up in the attic with our ac unit. He didn't pressure us to do anything. We decided to get it fixed and Brian came out to put in a new plejmnum box. The first time Brian came out he had the wrong one. He came back out within a week with the new one. Just like he said he would do. Everyone I met from Diamond AC and Heating has been very professional and polite. This is a great company!!! They are very Veteran friendly. Thank you so much Diamond AC and Heating for doing a spectacular job. I will HIGHLY recommend you to everyone.

Our AC was not working properly and the same day I called they sent Aaron. He was quick and professional. He's even pretty funny! He took care of our AC for a great price. Our AC works perfect and now we have to someone we can rely on if something goes wrong. Thanks again!

Diamond dispatched a crew to replace my AC system and replace my water heater—on top of a hill (where my home is) during an Arizona summer!

Additionally, a supervisor visited the work site to meet me, answer my questions, and offer suggestions.

I find myself struggling to properly convey how happy I am with Diamond, and how impressed I am with their performance. Simply put, the crew was superb; their work exemplary. Every member of the crew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Without hesitation, each member indulged my questions with patience and eagerness to educate. Their dedication and intelligence are a wonder to behold.

Interaction with Diamond AC and Heating has been far more than a business transaction for me; my gratitude for their hard work is boundless.
