My hvac system was not connected to my nest thermostat. He fixed it very quickly and it is working great!

They call you and text you before they come, which was really nice. Anthony came out to look at my AC, he was very honest about the issues with it and explained the cost of everything. He told us he could clean the AC outside and said it would be $100 or that we could do it ourselves and explained how to do it. I will use them if I ever have issues in the future! He was in and out in about an hour.

Estimation of what needs to be done. Johnathan was very knowledgeable and polite.

Customer service person was very polite and got someone to my home within an hour on a Saturday morning.

The technician was a nice young man who immediately figured out my problem and had it fixed, also in an hour's time.

I went from having no air conditioning in my home on a Saturday morning to having a technician get here, fix my issue and was on his way to his next appointment all within a two hour period!

I'm not sure customer care gets much better than that!

I am totally thanks for Bounds Heating &Air and Kevin. Call this morning and came same day and fixed for us.

The technician, Alejandro serviced 2 complete systems for us. He arrived on time, later in the day and spent a good amount of time servicing both units. He was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing. He appeared to not take any shortcuts even though one unit was in the ceiling he went up there at least 3 times. It was well last quitting time and he was wrapping up the job moved his tools and then washed out both condensers and cleaned up.. He did a great job and Bounds Heating and Air has performed as always having a great employees to do their work and getting the job taken care of. 5 stars for timeliness, professionalism , reliability and capable employees.

I'm very impressed with the service. Repair person was very curtious and quickly found the problem. I'm so pleased that I will soon contact office reference to a continued maintenance agreement. I would also like to express my appreciation to the person who set up the appointment. She was very patient during a difficult conversation as I'm hearing impaired. Thank You.
