    Absolutely one of the most disrespectful companies to deal with, for over 3yrs it’s been the same run-around just to get their attention. Front office is completely disconnected from technicians. One promises a date while the other one has no idea they were booked…. Oh and be REALLY CAREFUL purchasing their “yr check up plan” they’ll promise your the world and back; however when it comes times to schedule a service, they’ll schedule you 1-2 months out, for them to cancel and make you wait yet ANOTHER month. I’m 100% done with them. Gotta give it up to the techs, do explain and go far and beyond to do their job, however they’re usually short staffed, lack the proper equipment and always have to reschedule. I’d be very cautious using this entity, specially in an emergency, there are PLENTY of other reputable and profesional companies in the Tampa Bay Area that deserve your business.

    Our AC wasn't working in the office and it got pretty toasty in here. Henry came out, fixed the AC, and changed out the filters. He was very professional and knowledgeable. BUT, to make great service turn into incredible service, as Henry was leaving he noticed we had a clog in out drain. So he stayed and went above and beyond to fix that problem for us as well! Always had great service with Ierna and are especially glad we had Henry come help us today!

    Ierna is one of the best AC companies we have used at the storage facility that I manage. Everyone has always been very professional and friendly from beginning to end.

    Cindy in the office has been great with handling our invoices and keeping us informed on invoices that need to be paid or that have been paid so we can keep our records up to date.

    Alex and Spencer have been amazing at addressing the issues we have been having with our AC units and making sure we understand the issues completely so we can make an informed decision on work that needs to be done.

    Andres and Nicholas have always arrived on time to complete the work in a timely fashion and kept their work area clean upon leaving. We have never had any issues with the work performed.

    The response time is very quick. We call in our issue and request a quote and either that day or the next day someone is out here diagnosing the problem. Once we approve the repairs, they again are out usually the next day and the work is done in a few hours. The two man crews keep the process from taking too long and allows us more time in the office to tend to our customers.

    Prices are great and this is one company that I can honestly say doesn't try to take you to the cleaners by telling you unnecessary work needs to be done. I highly recommend them for both AC and Plumbing issues since we have used them for both. Definitely 5 star service all the way around.

    Carlos was very professional. He took his time to explain what was happening with my Air conditioning system he explained everything that needed to be done and fixed all the problems. Im definitely requesting his services the next time we need repairs.

    It's never pleasant spending a lot of money on an AC repair, but based on my first experience with Irena's a couple of months ago, I gave them another try. My second experience was even better! After the assessment and options presented to me by TJ, Braven came by today and not only executed the scope of work as planned, he also went above on his Customer Service. I have signed up for their maintenence plan, and feel confident they won't let me be without AC again for four days!

    I am a regular customer of IERNA. Yesterday their service tech Nick came in to do PM on the Central Air and Heating system. He was very friendly, smiling and told me everything he was doing. He worked on the Condenser, then checked the Compressor. Let me know that the capacitor was running very low and needs replacement. I agreed and it was done. I also signed up for their annual maintenance contract which gets me two PM inspections and discounts on services and parts. Great company, great people to work with and as always, I would highly recommend. By the way, they also replace gas powered water heaters.

    We weren’t sure if we should do a repair on our old AC unit or spend the money and get a brand new more efficient AC unit. Jacob came out on Monday to give us some quotes on a number of different options. He was very helpful and went over the pros and cons to each option. When he left he also gave us his contact info if we had any more questions. We contacted him later that day and we decided to select a brand new unit vs doing a repair/ replacement and he was able to set us up for install the following day. Don and Andrea’s came the next morning to install our new AC unit. They came in the morning and was pretty much done just after lunch time. Don was super helpful, answered all my questions. Walked me through what they where going to do and when he was done he went over the thermostat settings with me and gave me some tips and recommended. I feel like I learned and know more about my new AC unit!!! I am extremely happy with Ierna’s customer service. Every time they come out the staff is just so friendly and helpful with my questions. I would recommend for sure!!!!

    It is hard to find a professional, honest and reliable service company - IERNA'S fills all those criteria's and more. I have used their services for years as I know I can trust their recommendations and their service technician. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting "Henry" a fine and very knowledgeable man. My system is the original system installed in 1995, yes, 27 years old and IERNA'S has maintained my system and kept the old girl going. Henry took the time to show my how my system was reading, what was wrong with my system and corrected my system with R22 gas. If you get Henry as your professional service technician, you have been blessed. Thank you, Rob Kress, you really do have the finest team from the moment you call to speak with a representative to schedule service, your technician shows up on time, explains what is wrong and doesn't try and sell you a new system. I know that is coming and it will be with your company.

    Henry was fantastic. He diagnosed my issue just from my description, replaced the capacitor at a very reasonable price. As a bonus he waited around a bit longer to see if my A/C would make its terrible but intermittent start up noise. I think the noise is shy with repairmen around because it wants to continue to exist. A+ service Henry. Thanks
