Impressed with Ierna's maintenance program. They call on time to schedule routine maintenance on my A/C. Carlos arrived on time and was professional, courteous and exceedingly friendly. He checked everything and reminded me of things I can do in-between visits to maximize performance. I've used them for a total re-plumb job as well. I highly recommend Ierna.
Guy was at my house for 10 minutes Walking around and he said I need a new unit and then when I refused to pay him he charged me $500 for doing nothing. Also very unprofessional he was laughing as he left.
I have tried to contact you guys and you give me excuses about why they can’t tell me what he did. This is very disheartening because I was patient but then as I tried speaking to a manger they hung up. Just a butch of cheap scapes trying to make a quick dollar.
Jason made a same-day house call to assess the problem and walked me through the options for replacement and pricing as well as payment options, then scheduled a date for the work to be done. Don and Andres made a courtesy call ahead of time to let me know when they were to arrive. They were professional, courteous and efficient and were finished within several hours. They took the time to explain the new thermostat they installed and were happy to answer any questions. Very satisfied and would gladly recommend.
Routine PM visit by Carlos was phenomenal. The experience was top notch and he even convinced me to become a preferred member. I have used Ierna exclusively for the past 10 years and every experience has been amazing. The customer service skills of every employee that I have been in contact with have been amazing.
I had them come out to do an annual check up and clean the coils of my air handler about a month or two ago. I was not home but my son was and the tech claimed to do the cleaning. Today I went to change the filter out and noticed a lot of dust still around the handler and cobwebs. I look up into the coils and see what looks like mold and years of caked on dust and even dog hair from the previous owners dogs (3 years ago) Buyer beware!
My uncle referred me to Ierna's and I am happy he did. My Tech is Carlos Lopez and I Could not be happier with his service, Carlos is so professional and very courteous and he is a contagious happy..... Do not second guess calling Ierna's :)
To the two technicians that were in Magnolia Estates yesterday helping to retrieve a lost dog hats off to you. Great job gentleman, going above and beyond your job. Sorry that I did not have an opportunity to get your names. As a company please reward these technicians. Thank you
2023 update - it is currently 80 degrees in my home. Iernas had the audacity to come out and said the ac is fine. It is too hot to keep up and the ac is not meant to cool when it is this hot. We were told they would order a part (even though nothing is wrong?) And be back to install it. I have now learned that many others have issue with Iernas and a simple search on the nextdoor app will show others with the same experience. I am now filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I want my money back and I want to hire an ac company to install a system that works.
We purchased a new ac in 2021. The AC is not and has not been working properly since install. They have come back out countless times. (I believe 11 times to be exact) We have been told the following: "the first guy did it wrong" "the filter is in the wrong spot" "oh that guy is new and he did the wiring for the uv light wrong" "your thermostat does not and never worked." "Oh actually you have a leak we are going to install a new coil" Who knows what the issue is at this point? I know we paid almost $9,000 for a hassle. A basic expectation is when you turn the heat setting on heat comes out and when you turn the cool setting on cold air comes out. Run away from Iernas. There are countless providers in Florida. I wish I would have went with the other provider. UPDATE TO 3 Stars: our ac is now working great. I am unhappy with the hassle but in retrospect, I am pleased that my warranty was honored and they continued to troubleshoot until the issue was resolved. It was one tiny thing that avalanched. A manager took the time to speak to me and they came out and did an inspection to ensure everything was now working.
Fantastic job replacing a decades-old ducts and systems. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team that took care of our home AC needs. From Joanne (phone ops) to TJ DiPaula (service advisor) , Nicholas and Tyron - the awesome technicians who withstood 120+ degree heat in the attic during two excruciatingly hot summer days to make this all possible in a timely manner. Kudos to all!
I have used their services three times and each time I had Carlos as the technician. He was professional and showed me how to maintain my drain to prevent overflowing. I purchased their maintenance plan which was reasonable priced. So when you call for service ask for Carlos, he's the best.
