I was a little skeptical to go with a larger company because that usually means a larger cost. Which in reality because I bought a new system from them my other services were discounted so therefore I saved money. I had PJ & Troy for the HVAC installation & boy these boys worked hard in hot weather!! Did a great job & were friendly but also professional. I had Dan and let me tell you he had his work cut out for him. There were so many problems in this foreclosed unit with no cut off valves at all in the unit, had to even drill through cement, tons of soldering, pipe fitting, digging, setting up with the city to turn off the water to the building. He was patient, kind & very smart and did a fantastic job. I was very satisfied with the entire company. They were all on time- if not even early & worked continuously. If they can't do the job they will let you know. I felt they were honest which is so hard to find these days. Thanks team Irena's! I will see u soon for my next year maintenance:)

My 26 year old heat pump was shot and half of my house was a steam bath (I have two units). This was to be my first time ever replacing an A/C unit, and I'm an overthinker. I shopped around quite a lot, received lots of estimates. IERNA's came out the clear winner, even over the company I had used for years to maintain my system.

Nick H was very knowledgeable and passionate about the systems, and very technical, which an engineer like me can appreciate. He also took time to answer all my questions (I had a lot), was never pushy, and never felt like he was trying to rush out the door. He gave me pros and cons for each of the different systems I could choose, and instilled a lot of confidence in IERNA's ability to handle the install and any maintenance issues in the future. With the no-interest financing deal that no one else could even touch, I actually decided to replace both my systems at once.

Nicholas M and Tyrone D installed the systems quickly and cleaned everything up after perfectly. They were very professional and respectful of my home, as well as our comfort and privacy while they worked.

I had two post-install issues (the first was user error and the second, a part that is backordered from supply chain issues). Both times Nick H rushed over to take care of it and make sure I was happy with my new systems; he really went above and beyond for me.

Both units are humming along beautifully right now, and I'm very happy and cool. I can't say enough about the team at IERNA's. Great job!

My Bottom Line Up Front: As a Combat Veteran of 30 years, I am going to tell everybody at the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) here in Tampa that IERNA is the best Heating & Cooling company on the Tampa Bay waterfront – Go to them first. I say that because they have exceptional employees in the field and the office. Today, they did it again. Field Technician (engineer) Shannon not only found the problem in a timely manner, but pointed out cost saving potentials for the future. He then confidently spoke with high regards for his office executive Heather Bledsoe – whom is a proven trailblazer in the organization. Heather impressed me so much that I decided to tell the world. While I was writing the review, Don installed the system - a true professional. He was the IERNA Heating & Cooling Field Technician (engineer) who installed repaired my Bryant/Carrier Blower motor here in Tampa, Florida. Not only did Don repair the system in a timely manner, but he also provided helpful tips to help maintain my system.

Requested assistance for a blower motor, they had a service representative at our home within hours. He put in a request for the blower on Sunday night and our repair was completed in a timely manner. The service tech Henry was professional and courteous, and had us up and running in a very short time. Would recommend them to friends and family. Also provided warranty on our unit, which could have been easily overlooked.

My semi annual service was peformed today by Carlos L. Carlos was punctual, efficient, informative and left the work area very clean. I was pleased with his service and look forward to his next visit.

We've had numerous issues with our AC since buying a new house. We've used Ierna each time and I've been more than happy with the service. The technicians are professional, friendly, and good at communicating. We will continue to use them for AC service and will be signing up for the regular maintenance, too.

Got AC repaired same day twice with two different person with two different diagnosis, charged separately and had to pay in hot summer. I was ok with it..but had issue within 3 months. Ours is just 3 year old new construction. When I scheduled an appointment it was randomly canceled without notice citing Covid (seriously) (voice-mail was sent apparently that disappeared in thin air) and next appointment was given after 1.5 months. Totally unprofessional

This was our first time using IERNA for our A/C maintenance and the technician, Carlos L was prompt, considerate, knowledgable, and thorough in completing the tuneup. The company showed excellent customer service by reminding us of our appointment via email and text and by keeping us updated on when Carlos would arrive. He also gave us a call letting us know how long it would be for him to arrive at the house.

We had a major wire and thermostat issue at a high rise Condo in Maderia Beach.

The Irena A/C technician had amazing problem solving skills was totally outstanding.

He was tenacious by looking for the wire issue on his hands and knees on a hot roof. Many other techs would have simply given
up !!

It’s just wonderful to know that Irena Air employs such an outstanding technicians.

I have just added Ierna's plumbing services to my home. The technicians were on time, professional, and honest about the cause of the plumbing problem as well as the solution. Pricing, installation, service and service personnel were well over 100% positive. Thank you again Ierna's. Wonderful company.

I have used Ierna's HVAC services for several years at both my old and new addresses. I have always found them to be honest, prompt, and reasonably priced. My recent 6 month inspection was again performed by Carlos. He is always very thorough, neat and respectful of my home. It's also comforting to have the same technician since he is familiar with my home and system. Thank you again Ierna's. I appreciate all that you do.
