Ierna's keeps their word and did an excellent job repairing my high end A/C. Despite having to special order parts they did provide and install a portable A/C while I waited on the order. As part of the repair I had them install surge protection. The day after the install we experienced a power surge during a thunder storm causing some home electronics to power cycle. The protection for the A/C worked like champ.

Just called this company for a tune-up as they advertise "SAME DAY appointment". Went through everything on the phone with the lady for her to end up telling me they have no availability until August...

Oh evil copper pipes in my house, you will be the death of me! Thankfully, Ierna's was able to perform same-day service. I think I called them around 9:30AM on a Saturday, they were there by Noon, and put in close to five hours making sure everything was back to normal. I had a copper pipe leak 4-5 inches down inside the slab. Water was leaking all over the house and under my floors before I saw the issue and shut the water off. Dan had to crawl under a flight of stairs and, with limited space, knocked out the concrete in order to get to the offending pipe. He also cleaned up all of the mess and left things looking really nice. I greatly appreciate the work. As of 5/28/2022, their flat fee for repairing pipes in the slab is approximately $2,300. I got some quotes for future work as well. Also should mention that customer service was very friendly. Great job, Ierna's!

Scam alert!! this is a company without any ethics or professionalism in my opinion. I called them for routine cleaning and service on my 4 year old AC unit which was working great before they came out. Now my AC unit does not work right after their tech "cleaned" it and sold me a capacitor - that I probably didn't need. I called them for another tech to come out to fix and they came out but did not fix they made some lame excuse and was very condescending. I called back to speak to manager/or owner and was denied my request. Never use this company - it is a total scam

I purchase the annual maintenance plan each year which gives our home a spring and a fall ac/furnace check up. Ierna's installed our Bryant AC/Heating system, redid our duct system and added another return air and installed a new main line from the air handler in the garage to the condenser unit behind our home a few years ago,, so they have completely redone our system since we built the home. I trust them unconditionally, they even serviced our prior system which gave us issues for years. (leaks in the freon lines). Yesterday I had service by technician Carlos come by my home for my fall visit, no issues with the system as expected. I just wanted to comment on his professionalism, promptness, and thoroughness, even though he could have taken some shortcuts since he knew it was a new system, but he didn't. We enjoy working with the folks at Ierna's. All of the staff is wonderful, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Honest review here. This company is great when it comes to how fast you can get service to your house. But they are ridiculous on their prices when it comes to repairs. I am not talking about the labor charge here, i am talking about if one part on your ac unit goes out for example a capacitor. A capacitor is usually 5-25 dollars and they charged me $225 dollars on top of the $80 for them to come out there. This is my issue with this company and it is honestly ridiculous. They will always do this to people and these companies should be held accountable for ripping people off with that much overcharge for a fix that took the guy 5 min to fix with a $25 dollar part.

Tech arrived on time to my office. He went up and repaired the work, never discussed the pricing beforehand, (while I'm on a work call) hands me the tablet to pay, and walks out the door.... I assumed he would email a receipt to show what I just paid. Nope. Next day I call for a receipt.

Few days later 5/26/22: Their office calls me to ask how the repair went. I responded "Well the AC works that's a good thing." I explained the sequence of events (though I forgot to mention receipt part, calls are recorded check the facts!). She got an attitude with me. Let's back up...

After I told her the sequence of events. I expressed my disappoint. Not just because he did the work without telling me the price, but that I wanted to ask him to change the filters, and clean the AC. My office is being remodeled and the space sat empty during COVID. Ultimately I was incinerating I wanted a service contract. She replied "Well he wouldn't have been able to complete the cleaning anyway this was just a service call."

I'm glad she told me he wouldn't been able to clean the AC during that visit. But I would have like to hear a path forward, involving the filter and AC being cleaning. It's not likes they are doing this for free or I received a discount. Work was fast and seeming excellent. Communication and customer service killed the experience. Who can I call for a service contract lol

Several weeks ago I had a problem with my AC unit that Ierna diagnosed as a faulty High Pressure Switch which Ierna had to order and install at a later date. Two weeks later Ierna returned and replaced my High Pressure Switch. Unbeknownst to me, in the replacement process the Ierna technician blew a GFI but failed to inform me. This past weekend I went to use my exterior outlets and none of them worked - neither did outlets in my garages. I mentioned this to my neighbor who said "Oh yeah, I was talking to that Ierna technician when he was here and he mentioned that he blew a GFI." So I went around my home and reset all GFIs and even checked the fuse box. Still no power. Two days ago, I called Ierna, explained what happened and they said it would be several days before they could send anyone out to figure out the problem. I asked if they would pay for me to hire an electrician to remedy the problem - Ierna said "Yes". So I had an electrician come out, he checked all my GFI outlets but could not readily find the problem. The electrician said it would take time to figure out what happened and he did not want to waste time and money when he did not know how the Ierna technician blew the GFI. So, I called Ierna back, explained the situation again and was told "We are not electricians and cannot fix the situation. We will have the technician call you and explain what he did." I stated that I was not an electrician so whatever the Ierna technician would tell me would not help and that Ierna needed to send one of their technicians out to figure out the problem. Ierna's response was "We are not electricians and cannot fix the problem." I said, but you created the problem to which I again was told that Ierna does not provide electrician services. I asked Ierna to have their manager call me and the Ierna rep said she would. No return call from Ierna. So I called and repeated the same conversation again today with an Ierna rep, was placed into the Ierna managers voicemail and was reassured that the Ierna manager would return my call today. No return call. I still have no exterior power and no power to multiple garage outlets. I have placed 3 calls to Ierna in the past two days and they have been unaccountable, dismissive, condescending and unhelpful. All this and I am even a "valued customer" as part of an annual service plan. I would hate to see how they treat a regular customer. Clearly, Ierna is great at taking my money to replace a faulty part but once I paid they no longer care that their technician created a serious problem in my home.

Had two 18 SEER Bryant Evolution units installed by Iearna in mid 2020. Paid extra for duct rework to optimize static pressure. I also signed up for the maintenance plans they have. One of units has gone out 3 times in the last month, they fix it, it works for a day or two and then stops again. Every time I report an issue they apologize that they do not have enough staff and of course it is COVID related so it takes days to get someone out despite what the service agreement is for. Most companies have figured out COVID by now. The staff that comes over is highly inexperienced and has no answers. Now I have to take pictures to show them what is wrong. The static pressure of one of the units is through the roof but the tech said he has no idea why and we should call them to get a more knowledgeable person. Rushed out when I asked for an answer. Mind boggling and sad as this is not a cheap company. Was supposed to get a call from manager today to discuss the issues. Nothing. Another promising small business that does not know how to handle growth. It is of course weekend and we will be without AC in the heat of summer. Do not use.
It has been 5 days without AC no ETA on anything. Two promises for a call back the manager Jeremy C and still nothing. Time for another company.

I was contacted the next day by the service manager, he scheduled a comprehensive maintenance cleaning which improved the performance of the A/C unit greatly. Thank you!
There's more to be done, (air handler coils) which will be scheduled when attic temperatures lower.
    Thanks again!

Been waiting since last Wednesday to speak with Jeremy concerning the 3yr old A/C unit that was purchased from Ierna's along with the annual maintenance agreement. Maybe the owner would be interested in knowing what poor customer service activities that are taking place. She can contact me anytime.
