My 80 yrs young mother recently had her AC stop cooling properly. She had used IERNA in the past for cleaning the system so we called them to come service the AC unit. We are so glad we did! The service, kindness and courtesy both Nate and Damion gave was extraordinary. The put a rush on the parts needed and her AC was cooling better than it EVER has been within 5 days! July 2nd 2023 i used the automatic scheduler to book a emergency ac appointment as my ac had broke and it was 97 degrees outside. I got a call 10 min later telling me that the online schedule function was not working correctly and the had no technician available till Tuesday even know it says there they are available for emergency service on there website. Do not call them for any emergency service because they let me do my tenant down in 97 degrees heat. Terrible business practices when you need them the most.

Blake was super professional, very knowledgeable. He took extra time for teaching and discussing an issue he found in our AC (mold yuck!). I really appreciated how thorough he was and felt very well taken care of.

I called Ierna 5 years ago for a broken down HVAC system and I am glad I did. The old system need to be replaced. The technician provided several options with no pressure on what to choose. I was offered financing at zero percent interest for 5 years which saved me thousands in interest payments. I have only called Ierna to service my new unit and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. I do have a service contract which has also saved me money. From their customer service to their technicians you will not be disappointed with the level of service you receive. I highly recommend thus company.

Carlos Lopez with Ierna's came to my house on 03/28/23 to perform annual preventative maintenance on my HVAC unit. Carlos was very thorough, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He offered me some tips and tricks to keep my unit running efficiently. Carlos' friendly attitude made the experience even better. Will be using Ierna's and Carlos for continued maintenance. I was having trouble with multiple Hvac companies and Ierna was the best company we dealt with. They value their customers and work with integrity. Our technician/salesman was Rich Soler. Rich was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about what we needed. Our new unit was installed the next day. I will now be canceling American Home shield as Ierna provides better warranty. It was our first time using Ierna Air. Rich came out to do service on our AC system. He was friendly, professional & very knowledgeable. He performed the most thorough diagnostic & cleaning of our system of any technician I have ever employed. While all the while explaining everything he was doing. Ierna is blessed to have a man of his work ethic employed. We highly recommend Rich & Ierna.

Another wonderful experience with Ierna and this time for outdoor plumbing emergency! I didn't know I had a leak at my meter until the water department knocked on my door. Ierna sent Matt C. and Austin out to quickly handle it as painless as possible and didn't hurt my bank account to badly either. Definitely would recommend!!!

I have been a customer of Irene's for about 5 years and have maintained a maintenance contract. These folks have always been prompt, efficient and completed the service on time. My current system was about 14 years old and with the new changes taking place after Jan regarding HVAC systems it appears the price will hike 25-30%. I decided to inquire about a new system. my first call was to Scott - Sales Mgr who was my original tech for years. He told me he would send Shannon, my current tech out the next day to go over things with me. I couldn't be more pleased with how the process was handled, the fair price for the new system and the install within two days. The install crew arrived Nick,Tyron and PJ, very very professional. Within 3 hours the old system was old, the new system was up and running. These guys were unbelievable, the workmanship and how efficiently everything was done left me with the confirmation that I had made the right decision in having Ierna's do the job.Upon looking at the coils from the unit in the air handler, they were all rusted on both sides. I doubt I would have gotten much longer life out of it so i know I made the right decision to replace.
