    Great experience with Ierna with an AC system replacement. The technicians that came out (Ryan and PJ) were professional, kind and completed the job in less time than expected. They went above and beyond--offering to replace my air filters and also adjusting an AC system component unrelated to the overall replacement job.

    I had Ierna's install a new 16 SEER Bryant ac system just over a year ago and have had nothing but problems. I have had them out over 7 times in the last year because the the unit was not cooling properly. It is always someone different and it is always a different excuse on what is going on. The came out one time and had to replace a bunch of parts and then not two days later they had to come out and replace the same parts again and then billed me almost $800 while the unit was under warranty. I had to call and talk to a manager to get my charge reversed. I had them come out just a few days ago as my unit cannot cool the house under 77 degrees during they day and the tech asked me if they put in big enough unit! I advised him it was his company that put in that size unit so it should be the correct size unless they are just incompetent. He advised the system was running fine. So if you want a new system that will only cool your home down to 80 degrees in the summer feel free to use this company. They have gone downhill since ownership has changed. Oh and by the way, even under warranty they will still charge you a service fee every time they come out. I have never had such a bad experience with an a/c company before and might have to pay for another whole new a/c system to cool down my house.

    I am very pleased with the level of service, professionalism and honesty provided by Iernas today.

    For starters, they sent their top UV Light guy Rich to install my system which resulted in a complete and thorough installation in about an hour.

    He then covered all the bases on its operation, benefits, and specifics of how it cleans the air in the house.

    I then inquired about getting a maintenance plan and having my ducts cleaned, and he provided me with the most straightforward and honest response that I've received from an AC tech in 20 Years. No gimmicky sales pitch or set up for bait and switch, but very honest and detailed advice on what maintenance plan to get and how to proceed with getting the rest of work done without having to spend an arm and a leg.

    I WILL be going with Iernas in the future for all my HVAC needs and would give them a 6 star rating if I could.

    Henry, the service tech was awesome. Diagnosed issues and explained in easy to understand terms. Not trying to be a salesman like some techs tend to be, but rather performed tech duties above and beyond expectations! Thanks Henry!!

    IERNA always exceeds expectations both in service quality and price. I have compared their charges with other plumbing companies, both the quality of professionals and quote are much better with IERNA. I am using them for annual maintenance of HVAC.

    My AC went out and the service response was prompt. They able to get my old system cooling again. Unfortunately, we needed to replace it but, the silver lining was: they had our size system in stock, could come the next day to remove/install, and the new Bryant heating and cooling system in made in the USA! The service tech, Shannon, was very knowledgeable and a great salesman. The 2 man crew doing the install were amazing! It was a hot Florida summer day and they worked without even taking a break.     Rebecca is very professional and friendly over the phone. She answered all my questions. Jason the technician explained my repair options. My heat pump needed to be replaced. Jason was very patient and explained my financial choices. He was able to work out 0% financing with rebates and discounts. The unit I purchased was in stock and they came the next day to install. The installers Johnny and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They explained the functions of the new unit. They cleaned up after the job was completed. They went above and beyond their work. Thank you all at Ierna's!

    Just had a salesman come out to give us a quote
    While he was very nice and knowledgeable their prices are outrageous
    I’ve been quoted 8-9k for a 5 ton unit
    Their price was $14.5k, not even in the ballpark
    Came back with $12.9k
    Why not give your best price the first time
    I guess when a corporation buys the company they get greedy

    Up until the last HVAC service call, for repairs due to a lightning strike, I have been pleased with this company. However, I’m now very disappointed after the last call. My heat wasn’t working due to a lightning strike. The system was evaluated and determined to need a new heating unit. This was still under warranty, so not a big expense. Having said that, upon completion of the installation of the new heating unit, it was still not working correctly. The tech determined the unit was functioning normally and then checked the thermostat. He concluded that the thermostat wire had been damaged as well and would need replaced. However, that would have to be scheduled as a new service call and would cost upwards of $400! So I hired a different HVAC service company to do the job. Upon examination of the system, prior to replacing the thermostat wire, he concluded that the thermostat was wired incorrectly, but the wire itself was fine. Also, he found that the power supply to the heating unit was actually NOT connected! He also discovered that the valves for testing and filling coolant were left uncapped, effectively allowing the coolant to leak out. I am left to conclude that there is a possibility that the wires were left disconnected on purpose so as to charge me hundreds of dollars for a repair I didn’t need, and that the caps were purposely left off allowing the coolant to leak so I would need a recharge next time. I hope that’s not the case, but IERNAS will no longer be doing any HVAC or plumbing work at my house.
