IERNA's Heating & Cooling

Terrible services, please be carefully with this company, not honestly and appointment not be on time . I have problems with the central AC, the unit still under warranty , take them 6 week to oder the part, and finally bill is 5x time more than when we start to oder and estimate . Appointment not keep up , not professional . The appointment is from 4-6 pm and technician come up at 10 Pm. The estimate and the final bill will be a lot difference .But finally I go with other company the price is much cheaper a lot. Please be carefully when you do the business with company.

I have been a loyal customer to another well-known A/C company in the area. When they recently were unable to repair my pool heat pump, they advised me to get a new one. That was understandable as it was 15 years old. But, I knew that Ierna's had a good reputation and the owner shops with my daughter and is very nice. So, I gave them a try. They sent out the most amazing Superman of pool heat pumps to my house, Rich. Rich was that perfect amount of explaining and hard-worker. My unit is old and I probably should get a new one, but Rich got it running and showed me how we could get a couple more years out of it. He came back twice that day, because of a part, and got me up and running. My jaw dropped when he told me the charges, because of how low they were. Both times he came out, he was on time. Also, they text you and you can see a map of where your technician is en route. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I am hesitant to give a 5 -star review because I have had some issues with a couple of Ierna technicians. However Anthony did a great job with my AC maintenance and cleaning. Changed all my filters and replaced a UV transformer that probably was not installed correctly. I really appreciate how thorough and helpful he and Felix were this week.

I also can't say enough good things about Nate. He is really knowledgeable and accurately diagnosed an issue that was improperly diagnosed by one of his co-workers. Nate is excellent and really deserves a 5-star rating.

This company was brought out for a leaking AC unit. This company lied and said they Found contactor stuck in on position even when not receiving low volt signal. Replaced contactor, pressures checked ok, system cooling and draining upon completion.
We had two companies come out to tell us the AC unit was filled with frion to pass it off “as working” when the unit completely stopped working 2 months after buying the home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We have used Ierna's for at least 7 years after we threw our prior vendor out for trying to grift us every time they engaged with us. Ierna's was recommended and we tried them. Since that time we have found a trusted advisor and rely on them for prompt, reliable, professional services for our HVAC -- from maintenance & repair, to replacement when necessary. Shane was the crew leader on our recent installation and made it all go smooth as silk. Brandon was his assistant and they worked together quite well. The company's responsiveness got us up and running again within 24 hours of the diagnosed problem -- replacement of the entire unit and air handler. Thanks Team Ierna!

Update August 2022: I had to replace all the duct work under my home -- a BIG and bit unpleasant job. The 4 technicians that showed up were ready to work. I expected it to take 2 days and to be without air, but they worked non-stop and finished everything on the same day & all the mess was cleaned up before they left. Thanks Brandon R, Joshua S., PJ M & Ryan S.for your professional & friendly attitudes and hard work!

My 16 yr old A/C finally failed and within 2 hours Ierna’s was at my home after 5pm on Friday to give me a quote for a new unit. Install completed on Monday. Friendly & professionally employees. Great job Ierna’s!!

All I can say is Wow to this experience!!!! I saw the rave reviews and saw people recommending Ierna on Wesley Chapel Community Boards. I had a leak where my ac filter went and turned out was evaporator coil being dirty from cat hair build up causing water to not enter the coil pan. IERNA did a pull and clean of evaporator coil and when the 2 men came out, Cody and Josh they were very polite and professional. They explained to me the essentials of what and why they were doing everything and Cody was very personable and patient. Josh was learning from Cody and they were a great team and when they had to place evaporator coil back in and the drain pipe was leaking a bit they made sure to wait and not assume it would be fine once they fixed it. Amy my csr rep was friendly and thorough with making sure I was satisfied with the process. Ierna cares about doing the job right and the hvac techs want the consumer to learn and Cody and Josh even encouraged me and welcomed explaining the process to me . For service and doing the job right, Ierna has made a believer out of me.

TJ came out to perform my bi annual service. He was very kind, professional and informative. I highly recommend using Ierna's for all of your HVAC needs. You won't be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL SERVICE. Dave G. arrived earlier than expected, conducted a complete a/c check and answered all my questions. He completed the service in a reasonable time - happily for me he was taking his time to do the job right.

Ierna's has installed 2 complete HVAC systems for me over the years. Professional, courteous service at all times. All the techs that have come for regular scheduled maintenance have been on time, friendly, and respectful of property. They are all excellent. Special shout out to Cody A. great tech!
