I didn't have a good experience with them last year when I had issues with my AC and they tried really hard to sell me a new unit, after having done a very ugly and sloppy installation for the previous owner in 2006. So that didn't give me much trust in them and I went with someone else. Additionally, they are not very polite, especially when they called me to schedule the preventive maintenance and hung up on me without even saying "ok have a nice day" when I said I was not interested...

By far the worst customer service and most unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced dealing with local businesses. My service time was btw 4-5pm. At 8:15pm I finally received a phone call from the technician only for her to tell me she was tired and wanted to go home. After going back and forth on why I was unhappy about her not wanting to service our a/c when I’ve waited all day, our phones conveniently got "disconnected" and after countless attempts to get her back on the phone to service our a/c, she NEVER answered. I have two infants at home. We just moved here and don't know anyone. We'd been staying in a hotel bc my children can't be in a 90degree house. For the technician to do that THEN when I called (I had to reach out to them or they would have never called me) the next day to get an explanation and a prompt reschedule, they never apologized or called me back about a reschedule. I had to go to another local competitor. I understand things happen, but at the very least I expect an apology and an attempt to make the situation right.

My heater was blowing cold air just the other morning and I found Complete Air Mechanical online. When I called it was so cold and they arrived within an hour to fix my heater. Great job and a fair price. Thanks so much.

I just want to say, I am 100% impressed by the Professional service we received from this business, Desmond is not only a thorough and knowledgeable technician, he speaks well and presents as you would want but rarely get. James came out early afternoon after my early morning call, knew exactly what the issue was, corrected it and showed me how to correct in the future as well as how to prevent going forward.

I called Complete Air because my a.c. was not cooling and the lady Lisa was very polite I was recommended to them by a neighbor and I have to say they where fast and easy on the budget.
