I wish I had read the reviews before letting these people come and assess the HVAC system through a warranty company, I am shocked to see others have mentioned the exact same thing what had happened with us and there is nothing being done by first American home warranty about this company. Thanks to this company even First American Home Warranty lost my business.
To keep it short, they told the warranty company without verifying that the Freon is leaking from the line set which is not covered under warranty. I see other reviewers have mentioned the same thing. I have now independently through a different vendor got verified that their diagnostics was wrong which in turn made Warranty company deny our complain. And they tried to sell us the line set separately.

PLEASE NOTE IF SOMEONE IS READING THIS REVIEW BEFORE THEY SHOW UP THROUGH YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY, BE FIRM WITH YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO DIAGNOSE YOUR HVAC SYSTEM IF THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO YOU. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

Blamed me canceling with covid on their bussiness loss and how I kept people with no AC from appointments. And then justified canceling on me at 11am between my 8am and 12 appointment time because I canceled on them with covid. I tested positive 32 days ago and negative 2 weeks ago but here we are them blaming the customer for them not canceling an appointment made 10 days ago. In 10 days they couldn't cancel and waited till I took a unpaid day off work to cancel in the middle of my appointment. All justified by them because I canceled with covid. Trash company won't ever step foot in my house again!

I have had nothing but incredible customer service with this company. Everyone from the office to the technicians are incredible. The follow through and care is top notch.

I’ve dealt with 2 technicians. Keith is very friendly and knowledgeable. Wayne is incredible. He installed my unit so quickly. He was thorough and efficient. He provided amazing service and support.

I even met Johnny when he picked up the old equipment. He was super friendly as well.

This is just an incredible company. I highly recommend them!

The tech that showed up to our place was nice but didn’t do anything, with us being told he was a seasoned tech of 19 years. Our A/C didn’t get fixed with some jargon about our home warranty so, beware of this place and probably home warranty companies too!

Stay away!stay away! this company is going to over charge for thinks you don’t need and use your warranty company to the maximum. It’s group of thieves.

Scam. I had to use this company because AHS insurance only contracted with them in my area. Upon the initial assessment, they told AHS the compressor needs to be replaced, it will cost me $855 for the freon. Then, they called me behind AHS back, told me the whole condenser needs to be replaced, since I have to pay $855 out of my pocket, why not replace the whole unit with them directly at a discounted price. I asked Complete Air Mechanical "if the whole unit needs to be replaced, why didn't you tell my insurance company? instead, you are contacting me directly, is it a conflict of interest?" I refused their offer.
On the day of the repair, my tenant and her 19y old son were home, she had to leave for work, but told the tech her son is home. When she returned home, she found out the tech had left and the unit was still not working.
I called Complete Air Mechanical, and they told me the unit has been repaired. I said the technician left without demonstrating the unit is repaired to my tenant, how do you determine it is working? They refused to go back and fix the unit, and refused to refund my payment of $855, they said as far as they were concerned, the unit was fixed despite not cooling or heating.

They were selected from my home warranty company. The repair guy was in my house 5 minutes and said he had to send something to the warranty company for review. It took them 3 days to send what was needed. I called 2 times to ask what the delay was. The last response from admin- we will call you back. No one called. My claim was denied from the warranty company. When I called complete air they could not explain anything to me. I am still confused. She said “I don’t know how else to explain it to you” This entire time, over a week I have been sitting in a warm/humid house. I called my warranty company and cancelled it. Looked up a trusted reputable company to look at my unit. The 2 guys that came the same day gave me a temporary fix (I am cool now) and were here for 30 minutes. Did a little maintenance on my outside unit and was very detailed in explaining what was wrong. The other technician was on personal calls while in my home and you could tell wanted get out of my house as fast as he could. He could care less if me and my family had air or not. Please do not use Complete Air- they don’t care!

If I could leave a 0 star I would! This company was hired thru American Home Shield whom we pay to service our home appliance needs. So we trusted they where a legit company. They serviced our unit in January 2022 "diagnosed" our sytem and the conclusion was that we needed to replace our line set which the cost was not covered by American Home Shield $2200 including the refrigerant. If you live in Florida you know it was a cold month for us, so we didn't need to use the ac after they came to "fix" our problem. We did however eventually have to use our heater and to our surprise it wasn't blowing heat. We contacted the company to report the problem and where told that we were passed the 30 days of warranty. The company is here in Florida so they KNOW NO ONE was using their AC at that time of the month but still they refused to have anything to do with the problem. Turns out ALL OF OUR FREON had leaked out! This tells you and I that we clearly got a misdiagnosis because you shouldn't loose any refrigerant after you just repaired what appeared to be the problem. This company does NOT stand behind they're work!! DO NOT HIRE THEM AT ALL COST! unless you have money to burn I suggest you do some research, again they were sent to us thru American Home Shield wich we trusted would know who they employ. Don't throw your hard earned money away and definitely hire an actual professional!

I used Complete Air Mechanical through my Home Warranty: First American. I had just moved into a place and my AC was a little slow to cool the place down, but otherwise working. I wanted to get a diagnosis and to see if any repairs were needed. They diagnosed a need for Line Set replacement and reroute, that I had a Freon Leak. They quoted $2200 which is a fair market value. Before I spent that kind of cash, I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd opinion gave my A/C a clean bill of health and did not find evidence of a need for Line Set replacement or any repairs. It's not fair for me to say which A/C company got it right, both companies could be right, but there's also a chance Complete Air got it wrong. Luckily, my Home Warranty company is refunding me the Service Fee I payed.. For first time homebuyers: always get a second opinion. I'll update this review in the Fall, if my Freon levels are very low by then, I'll update this review to 5 stars. If the Freon levels are fine in the fall, I'll know Complete Air Mechanical's diagnostic was very wrong.

If you are working with this company because it got assigned thru your home warranty company, just be aware of poor customer service from office staff and technicians, but if you are just looking for a great ac company to service your HVAC, don’t choose this people for sure.
