Robert, the technician, was excellent--very experienced and very professional—just what one would hope for. Lisa, who scheduled my service call, went above & beyond the “call of duty,” responding very quickly after my request through a third-party home warranty company was submitted (Complete Air is an approved vendor to the home warranty co.)—and scheduled my service call for the very next morning. That’s practically instant gratification! I could not have asked for any better service from Complete Air! First Class and Five Stars.

Michael is very skilled. He went straight to possible issues and causes for no power to our A/C. Once fuse was replaced, he ran additional diagnostics, just to be sure. He is thorough and fast!".

I made 3 service calls for the Same issue, and they never did anything about it but try to put some freon in the AC unit. Fast forward to earlier this week, and my AC was blocked, and I did not know that for some reason the drainage tube outside was in the dirt. That's why my AC was having so much trouble cooling the house. Not only that, but that blockage caused water damage in my floors that I discovered earlier this week, and now I have to make an insurance claim and figure out how to redo my entire floors, because my ac unit was so clogged that it was leaking into the walls and the floor. I will never use them again. I called a company my friend referred and had it diagnosed and fixed in 5 minutes and my ac is cooler than it has been in the year I've lived here with warranty and these guy's "service". (They also blamed everything on my flat roof and age of my AC😑).

For some reason I Can not reply to the company's reply but a clogged drain should have been noted when checking the unit..if dirty coils were seen, a clogged drain pip should have been ruled out as well. Also someone did come in July and add free on to the unit, and we thought the issue was solved then, and in September the tech stepped 4 steps into the house said I had a flat roof and that was the issue with ny insulation and left without looking at anything. Clearly my expectations were not the same as the services provided through the warranty program...if im complaining about a unit not functioning properly, I thought a diagnostic protocol would be done and then I could make a decision from there. I appreciate your response, but I still hold on to my views on the service received through the warranty.

Also the leak, again, was not due to coils freezing, but my drainage pipe only.

Proceeded with repair without giving a quote then forced to pay an exorbitant amount of their choice. At that point no chance of turning back or just chosing to pay for the diagnostic. Then after that was done he ran away leaving the FILTER COMPLETELY OFF the inside unit. Being in the summer that quickly accumulated dirt in the system causing clogs and further problems.

PLEASE DONT EVER TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS, they were called to access an AC issue. No proper or professional communication was given. The only thing he mentioned was a part was needed and he will return when he gets it. They took 47 days to come and fix my AC unit, in that time water had leaked from the top floor all the way to second floor. Today when he showed up he ignored the leak and claim he cannot see a leak when very visibly it is there. We have been documenting all evidence. He was even on the phone with a plumber at my house and denied it after. He claims he saw no leak and tried to pass the buck. I called the business back, the lady was extremely rude, defensive and said it’s not her issue, we shouldn’t have run our AC unit in that time which was 47 days!!! what an ignorant statement since we live in Florida & we are in summer. No one communicated anything to us. She refused to assist , said it’s not her problem and slammed the phone down. Pathetic customer service, rude, & terrible company to deal with. I strongly urge you to NEVER use a company that writes their own reviews as well. Unprofessional & devious! They WILL be hearing from my attorney as we documented everything. They will be reported to our Home shield company as well!

My Home warranty send this company on April 27, 2021. Call them 4 times and no answer. According to the website they are open 24hrs. I guess not. The home warranty still waiting on the paper work from them to approve my repair it has been 6 day total. 4 business days still no answer. The home warranty has call them at least 2 times still not responds. I guess they are either too busy or don't care for my business. If not respond today I will have to try to get a reputable company that want to work.

Complete Air Mechanical came out to my house within 5 hours of my initial call. Their technician Michael was very thorough, found the problem right away and fixed the issue swiftly. My house is finally cooling down. Thank you Michael and Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida!!

Would not recommend this company. Please get a second opinion before using this company. First technician forgot to put the outside unit back on and left. It is good thing I checked after he left and noticed it not going on. Then after the repair was done I found that the A/C had a leak. Another technician was sent. He said a different repair was needed. This repair was to inside expansion valve. Cost over $700 because he said they have to replace all of the Freon. Replacing all of the Freon was not necessary for inside repair but they wouldn’t do the repair unless that was done. Since a elderly lady could not be left in a hot house of over 90 degrees the decision was made to do the repair. After the repair was done it still had the same exact leak.

I was able to get a technician out the same day I called and it was Saturday. They diagnosed my AC problem right away, had the parts to fix it, were easy to talk to and charged a very fair price. The company texted me on the arrival time, the technician was on time and I could track his location so I knew when he would be here. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday and take time off work to get this fixed so I was very happy!
