I have used Complete Air several times from service to repairs. I have always had a positive experience and found them to be experienced, honest and helpful. They went above and beyond explaining the problem and resolving it. I would recommend family and friends.

Our a.c. stopped blowing cold air so we called Complete Air to come take a look. Chris came out, took a look and noticed our coils needed to be cleaned. He was able to clean in right there. I would recommend them to anyone! They were prompt, very friendly and fair! Very honest people! We will definitely be using them for all our a.c. needs!

My AC wasn’t working when I got home after a weekend away and I called and 2 hours later Tara was at my house diagnosing and fixing the problem. She was awesome and got it all working for me and now it’s nice and cool in my house again! Highly recommend and the pricing is good too!

"Wonderful company. Called within a few minutes of me filing the claim. I received texts with updates as to where the tech was and when he would arrive. The air handler unit has to be replaced and they called and explained how that process would work with the insurance company. Great experience!!".

We were assigned Complete Air through our home warranty company - First American. Don't use either company.
Let's set the stage - we are in Orlando Florida. Daytime temps in the 90's, nights high 70's. A/c fails on Tuesday. place a claim, call Complete Air, explain a major family event coming up on weekend, etc. A motor is located and scheduled for delivery on Friday. Multiple calls on Friday and the CS staff says motor has not been delivered. Monday call again - they tell me 'we don't know. We will call when it comes in." I reach out to FAHW - they get a tracking number and confirm the motor was delivered on Friday at 1130AM! So we went the entire weekend because the staff at Complete Air are liars, (or maybe just incompetent). Complete Air confirms, when confronted by FAHW that the motor was received, but they cannot fit into the schedule until Tuesday afternoon! Tech shows up on time - takes 10 minutes to install the new motor and leaves. Without wiping down the blower and doing a minimum clean up.
You have been warned......These people amongst the worst when it comes to customer service.

Our A/C system was flooded out due to the heavy rains and water remained under my mother-in-laws mobile home. This was not going to be an easy job and the owner of the company (complete air mechanical-Winter Park) assured me she would stick with me through the entire process. This company never gave up. I had to pump out the water and immediately the duct man was scheduled to replace the duct under the house. Later that day the tech came back as promised and powered the unit back on and we had cold air inside. I was taken care of at a fair price and had faith in the owner keeping the project on schedule. We had 6 inched of standing water under the house when they first arrived. Great work by everyone....

The blower motor in our heat pump went down on Monday night, June 26th. Living in Central Florida with a wife and two babies, we needed our AC up stat! First thing in the morning I called Home Warranty of America (HWA) because my house was still under warranty and they set up a an appointment for Complete Air Mechanical to come out Wednesday morning. Wednesday the tech came out around 11 am. I was not home, but my wife was to meet him. First thing he asked for was the $100 fee for having to come out. According to her, he turned the unit on and observed it for about 2 minutes, took a few pictures of it, took a picture of the coils and said the motor was not working and the coils were dirty. He wrote this on his the invoice, gave my wife a copy, and asked if he could look at the condenser unit outside. He went and looked at the condenser and left (did not say anything about condenser on his report or to my wife).
I did not get a call from them the rest of the day, so I called and they said the claim had been submitted. I called HWA shortly after and they said they had just received the claim. Thursday from work I called HWA again and they said my claim had been denied due to the dirty coils reported by Complete Air. We have lived in our home 6 months and I have changed the filter 3 times since then. I had to send my inspection report over to prove that there was nothing in the walk thru that mentioned the coils, and besides, according to my father in law, an appliance mechanic who has serviced HVAC unit in the past, the motor would not stop because of dirty coils. Thursday night the claim was approved by HWA and they said Complete Air would contact me Friday morning.
Friday morning I called Complete Air and they said they had gotten approval to go ahead with the work, but they had to submit the cost of repairs to HWA. I thought they would have done this from the beginning, but no. I was curious why this process would take so long because all it needed was a new ECM motor. No calls the rest of the day from Complete Air.
They advertise 24/7 service so I called them Saturday morning. No answer. Left a message. Called again 2 more times and again nothing. Temps have been in the 90's outside and it's going on a week now. I called HWA Sunday morning and what the agent told me flabbergasted me. HWA was covering the full replacement of a heat pump inside the house, but I would have to pay $4,576.50 the installation of a replacement condenser unit. Condenser unit??? She said Complete Air Mechanical said that they had to replace the entire unit inside the house (which HWA would cover) due to government regulations (the inside and outside units had to match). I would have to foot the bill for the condenser. Come to find out, Complete Air is an authorized dealer of Bryant AC units. I have a Trane. Put two and two together and you'll see they're trying to sell me a new system on my and my insurance's dime.
I immediately asked for a second opinion. Through my own research and my father in law's observations it was the ECM motor and only that. The condenser was running fine; the same condenser the guy needed to look at but did not tell my wife what he saw or mention on his invoice.
HWA scheduled Bennett and Sons to come out first thing Monday morning. The tech was out at 9:30 am. He was friendly, courteous, and called in to his home office that it was the ECM motor so they could get the information to HWA asap. In the meantime he REPLACED the ECM motor, said everything else was fine (even the coils!). In an hour we had AC, he was professional, explained everything, and asked for payment at THE END of service. Bennett & Son's will be getting my business in the future.
TL:DNR: Complete Air is a Complete scam. Do not use. I even filed a complaint with HWA to not use them. Call Bennett & Sons.

We've worked with Complete Air Mechanical for more than 10 years. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about HVAC. They do great work but that isn't why we keep coming back. It is the service, friendly interactions and forward thinking they provide when we look at our systems. If you or someone you know is looking for a reliable HVAC company you will be hard pressed to find one better.

I was impressed with the service I got from Complete Air Mechanical. I had the AC system replaced by them. The work was professional and complete. The installer made sure the work area was clean before he left. I would recommend Complete Air every time.
