This company is awesome. We have used them for years and can always count on them when in need. The manager gets personally involved to insure the best service and correct options are offered. Their pricing is fair and quality of workmanship and products cant be beat. I would recommend them to everyone.

Horrible technician, disrespectful, walked away without even saying goodbye. I tried to explain that the AC was leaking inside my house. I had established contact through First American Home Warranty. BOB the technician came in, and because the house was cool, he refused to service the AC or even touch it saying I had another contractor work on it, which is bogus because the only thing we had done in freon added before the insurance was added. Apparently, he did not care, did not even attempt to fix the water dripping in my house, walked out and didn't even say anything, when I saw he was pulling out of my driveway. Just left! I am outraged about this service and lack of courtesy! Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have never had such a positive experience in the 30 years I have lived here! The technicians name was Bob, didn't get his last name, but he was here in 15 min. from the time I called the office! And actually fixed the problem in 20!!! Extremely kind and so proficient!!! I will never use anyone else for future problems!!!!! Thank you so much! God bless you!!!!

Complete air mechanical has the worst customer service ever!!! My Ac has not been working since April 12 and it is June 5th and they want to schedule the repair for next Wednesday. Back tamarack a bit yo when they insisted the ac was working fine back in April when I keep telling them ita not cooling. I had to wait until a hot day at least 2 months later to prove it was not cooling and the technician said it was fine, left, then return saying there was something he never checked, the compressor. The people at the office has been very rude and dismissive to me. Even today she said what she said talking over me, then hung up because I was trying to ask if they could come sooner. Having a house at 88 degrees daily with 2 young kids while being pregnant and getting sick is not good. They never call with any info, in fact I have to call to find out when they have the part ready. They are the worst ac repair company I have ever had to deal with and I have asked my warranty company to never ever refer me to them.

Awesome service and very fair price! Easy financing options were available for a new unit as well. My service technician was Chris who went above and beyond in the install and even added an extra vent where there wasn't one previously. I would highly recommend Complete Air Mechanical! The yearly maitnence is a great deal as well and it's nice to know that I'm covered!

Very satisfied. Gotta explain! I got home from work Oct. 30 everything was nice and cool. Come late evening noticed it was warm really warm inside. Knew something was wrong. By morning it was HOT. Called Complete Air from work and was able to get an appointment by the time I got off work. Technician check out the heat pump outside and found a dead rat had shorted out circit board. Fan motor too. Beau the tech. explained everything. Basically I fix the problem and would have a one year warranty and needed to order the part. We were talking over the options or replace the entire system with a 10 year warranty. House hasn't had heat for over 2 YEARS. Crew could start next day. Looked at the wife... Do it! Wayne and Rashawn arrived early. Excellent. They were very professional. Did excellent work. After a few hours Wayne held his hand up by the vent and said it's blowing cold air. Asked him again. I had to open the door to the air handler to check. Couldn't believe it. The new system was running. It was whisper quite. Thank you Jesus. Totally satisfied. Wayne and Rashawn did excellent work.

I had a bad blower motor that failed under warrantee. Told me it wasn't under warrantee (it definitely was and they were the ones who installed the system in the first place), the parts would take 2 weeks to get here and were on back order, and that I should just buy a whole new system ($5000-ish).

Got a second opinion, guy got parts replaced under manufacturers 10 year warrantee, took him an hour to get the part, about an hour to install. He was also able to replace my capacitor under warrantee even though it hadn't died, but since it was 9.9 years old suggested replacing now under the warrantee. All told took about 3-4 hours and cost about $450.

Have had Complete Air Mechanical as our A/C service provider for several years. They are always prompt on service appointments, even when it has been last minute "emergency" service calls. Office staff knows their stuff and about as friendly as any company that I've worked with. Their field techs (Bo has been ours the entire time) are equally great.
