Cancelled service plan back on 4/26, paid the $100 cancellation fee. Complete Air sent me an unpaid invoice for May. Not very professional.

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty to come assess our AC ducts. The tech, Chris was extremely unprofessional and had such a negative attitude the second he walked into our house. We have some home renovations going on so there was a lot going on. He told us our ducts were fine, wrote up the invoice for us to sign to prove that he was there, said good luck, closed our door and starts laughing. I’m not even sure he did a throughout job of assessing our ducts but I will never use or recommend these people.

Complete Air Mechanical was assigned to me for my Sister's home by American Home Shield. They are a fantastic crew to work with. Chris was helpful in diagnostics and telling me how it is and what I need and he has been honest with me through the process. Melissa in dispatch is also a great person to work with. She is helping me navigate through AHS's negative issues to get the AC unit working again with covered repairs. I would use Complete Air Mechanical again.

Talk about stealing from their own customers. Well,
Central AC broke down warranty company assigned “Complete Air Mechanical” and they tried to ask me for $450 to clean the AC and that’s the only problem they said, they’ve found. AC was cleaned with chemicals 6 months ago. Had another HVAC company looked at the AC and they said, just needed a new capacitor. Replaced and tested all good. Charged $75 + $100. Total $175.
Stay away from completed Air Mechanical. We have asked warranty companies to block Complete Air Mechanical to visiting any of our properties.

Thank you for your dishonest answer.
1) We do not have any unpaid balance or aware of any unpaid balance. If we had a balance unpaid for that long. why would you send someone to repair the AC. so the balance is "made up"
2) You have NOT really answered my question. The HVAC company who came to fix the AC they said, clearly that
AC/ Condenser does NOT need to be clean and it's in clean condition.
3) According to homeowner Gerry, someone came from Complete Air Mechanical to look at the AC and did not do any troubleshooting. The tech spent 3 minutes and said, oh it needs to be clean, and He will charge over $400.

It's a simple game. You (Complete Air Mechanical) do have a habit of billing your customers falsely, wrongly and also made-up billing. Like you mentioned in your answer previously.

We all work very hard for our money and have every right to watch and protect us from companies like you. I hope this can make some kind of sense to you and you can start charging customers the correct / right amount.
- I can't even say Good Luck to you.

Called our warranty company, American Home Shield, because our A/C was blowing out air in our 2nd floor condo. in Florida but not cooling. They sent out this particular vendor of theirs, Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida. The technician arrived hours late after the block of window time they originally stated. No big deal though, Florida had just had a major hurricane the week before so that was understandable. The technician informed us that we needed to hire a specialist because this was a "line set repair" issue, that they don't this this type of work. And, of course, American Home Shield would not cover this expense because it would be an outside of our condo unit job, not an appliance inside our unit, which would be covered by the insurance. So, upon his advice, we did, in fact, hire a specialist to come and give us a quote on Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida's "line set repair" The cost to have a specialist come out was $195.00. Upon our specialist's arrival, he went into our condo unit where our A/C is located and found that the leak is a coil leak, not an outside line set issue. He sent us a detailed picture and video of the coil leakage from the A/C unit inside of our condo. So, one of two things happened here: The Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida technician that was sent out by American Home Shield Insurance was completely incompetent on his misdiagnosis that was blatantly obvious, or Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida and American Home Shield are in cahoots with one another when it comes to diagnosis and living up to the obligations of an insurance company. You decide. We have.
