Awesome company, friendly and helpful receptionist/admin assistant, they called us to let us know that they had a tech available due to cancellation, tech was here 15 minutes later. Chris did an AMAZING job, completely fixed the system as part of diagnostics, pricing was fair and honest...we'll never use any other HVAC company, can't recommend Complete Air Mechanical highly enough!!

Complete Air Mechanical was assigned by my Home Warranty Insurance to solve my AC problem (unit stopped working) on Saturday, July 27.
Technician Bob arrived on time on Wednesday, July 30. He identified the problem and put in an order for the defective part.
Technician Chris arrived on time on Friday, August 2nd with the required part and repaired the problem.
Both technicians were very professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
The communications from their company office were prompt and explicit.

I have had my A/C repaired through multiple companies using our warranty company. Complete Air was by far the quickest to respond and get the job done. They were punctual, professional, and caring. I had mentioned having surgery 3 days prior and that no A/C was making the recovery/swelling worse (on my warranty claim form) and Lisa, with the office, practically called me the second I submitted it (I really appreciated that!!!). She also always called me back ASAP whenever needed. Chris, our tech, was very kind and got the job done in perfect time for me to pick up my children from school, just as he said he would. (My four year old daughter was also a big fan of his. 😂) I would definitely request Complete Air again!

The service we received from the installation crew, Chris and Moe, was extraordinary. They both were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They explained the process, asked for our preferences when applicable, and most of all, completed the installation as true professionals. We would highly recommend Complete Air and this crew to anyone who needs any heating or AC replacement.

Contractor gave me a work description saying I need an evaporator coil replaced and system recharged. Then the contractor goes and tells the insurance company that he needs to make “modifications” to replace the unit hence rendering my home warranty useless and they expect me to come out of pocket for the repairs. This is unprofessional and undermining the contractor will do everything in his power to make a bigger paycheck and screw over the customer. Have tried to contact 28 times today with no answer yet they claim 24/7 service.
