I have great experiences with Chris who have been very professional and honest. I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed which so far I have been very pleased with. When I needed some follow up attention post installation, Chris was very prompt and responsive. Highly recommend Chris and Complete Air Mechanical for the quality and commitment to customer service.

Dishonest, unprofessional, and unresponsive! The technician showed up late, complaining about being dispatched so early after having to work until 1am (who cares???). We were told that our unit needed to be "completely replaced" for $2800. I've lived in Florida my whole life and have had many outdoor units go down because of a capacitor failing. I asked the technician DIRECTLY: "is it a capacitor?", and was told that it definitely was not, and that the unit was simply 'dead'.

I called another company to get a second opinion, and sure enough, within 15 minutes, that new technician had replaced the CAPACITOR and we had cold air. I tried to reach out to this company to tell them how upset I was about their service, was told that a manager would get back to me. 24 hours later, same thing. The day after that, I tried one more call and still couldn't reach a manager or supervisor to discuss the problems.

Save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with this company and find someone else! Take it from someone who they tried to swindle for almost $3k.

When you pay 4 thousand dollars to have your A/C ducts and vents replaced you expect top quality. This company is the exact opposite. Took 3 days to complete a job they said would only take a day to a day and a half max. Customer service was terrible. Repairmen showed up 3 hours late and they bragged about being late because they had to get their days pay. The A/C is now leaking condensation onto my roof and causing a massive leak into my roof. They claim no responsibility even though I didn’t have a roof leak before the they showed up. It’s the middle of December and they are trying to blame the roof. We haven’t had substantial rain in months. Safe to say I will be calling my lawyer and NEVER recommending this company to anyone. STAY AWAY.

My a/c wasn't cooling and my daughter in law recommended them. I called and they were quick in getting a tech out to check my a/c. Chris was on time, very professional, friendly and explained what the problem was and that it was an easy fix. There was a wire not connected on the thermostat for cooling when I had the thermostat replaced by someone else, so Chris fixed it in no time. I highly recommend them.

I had a representative name Dominic come out today and the level of unprofessionalism was insane. I first had to wait 4 days for service and then upon arrival he must have had a bad weekend because his snarky comments and lack of communication insane for a customer interfacing role. I communicated with the company about his service and of course they stated that wasn’t like him. They where very apologetic but in the future I would never use this company through American home shield warranty.

On August 21, 2021 our home air conditioner stopped working. On August 21st my wife completed a request with our home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS). The vendor that was assigned to us was Complete Air Mechanical of Central Florida. I immediately contacted Complete Air to see when they would be able to come out to our home. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to come out to our home until August 23rd. On August 23rd when the tech came out, he indicated that we had a leak on the inside and outside therefore the entire system needed to be replaced. The tech indicated that they would need to contact AHS to see if they wanted to have the unit repaired or if they would replace the entire unit. We were told that someone from Complete Air would contact us within a day or two to let us know. On August 25th I contacted Complete Air and spoke with Deborah to follow up with the status of Complete Air's communication with AHS. I was advised that communication with AHS had not been completed as of the 25th but she would work on it. On August 26th I contacted Deborah to follow up. Deborah indicated that AHS had agreed to replace the entire system. We were told that AHS would need to order the parts. Between August 27- September 6th, my wife and I contacted both AHS and Complete Air in order to get an update on the parts being ordered. During that time neither AHS or complete Air could provide us with the status of the parts. On September 7th, I spoke with AHS who indicated that the parts had been ordered and Complete Air should be able to have the parts by September 14th or sooner. On September 9th my wife followed up with Deborah to schedule the AC repair since the parts had been ordered. Deborah informed my wife that AHS had ordered the wrong heat strip part. Deborah indicated that a new heat strip needed to be ordered. On September 9th my wife contacted AHS. AHS indicated to my wife that the Complete Air provided them with the wrong part number to order. From September 9-13, we contacted both AHS and Complete Air who both would only point the finger at each other. The communication with Complete Air was a nightmare. We would call and never be able to get Deborah on the phone. Whenever we were able to get Deborah on the phone, she indicated that she would call us back and never do. While AHS and Complete Air are out playing a blame game, my family (two small children) and I are having to deal with sitting in a hot Florida house. I've stressed both to AHS and complete Air that my 6 year old isn't able to sustain so much heat. I've also stressed that I have solid hardwood floors that are meant to be a certain temperature or they start to expand. Welp during the process I learned that my son's health and my flooring issue is neither AHS nor Complete Air's priority. We're going on our 4th week with no AC in this hot Florida weather.

Chris did my semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He was super professional and very informative. Followed up with a phone call after to offer some valuable tips on maintenance. Has been dealing with Complete Air Mechanical for a number of year and has never been disappointed with their service ever. Great company.

Complete Air has been servicing my ac system for a little over 6yrs now. They take care of the annual maintenances and the only issues I've had over the years was needing my coils pulled and cleaned, which Chris did for a great price. We've always been very happy with their services

I called Complete Air on 4/20/18 at around 7:30 and left a message for my broken ac, I called a few other companies as well and they were the first to call me back ( never heard back from the other companies) and within an hour the technician Bo was at my house. He was very polite and knowledgeable and very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. He found the problem swiftly my relay switch outside was bad, my unit is 10 or so years old so I was expecting the worst, but thanks to his honesty my wallet is as happy as I am! Thank you complete air! Thank you Bo!
