We had issues with our AC and we called Brad and he was available and came within the hour! He worked quickly and efficiently. We have used him multiple times. He is always honest and reliable. Affordable as well.

I decided to go with Astoria Heating & Cooling.
The prior TRANE dealer that I was using also
did a great job for me when I really needed them.
Their tech was great. He fixed an issue that was
causing a serious problem. The reason why I left was because
the tech that does the 6 month inspection was really
poor. This same guy came twice with the same work ethics.
The system stopped working a few months after his scheduled visit.
The company sent a different tech that came and fixed the problem.
He also found several items that previous guy missed.
I had Astoria Heating & Cooling clean the blower which needed to
be removed and put in UV light in the air handler. This was
not a difficult job but it required attention to detail. Their
work was first class. They did not rush the job and the tech
took the time to get the wiring to the UV light correct. This
is a device that must go on and off with the running of the air
handler. If it is not hooked correctly then a problem will occur.
Also, the tech cleaned the blower 4 times which was very
dirty. It was really clean when he finished. In addition, the
company sent 2 guys (not 1) which ensured that no damage
would occur. Astoria is supposed to provide the first full
maintenance on the system next spring. If they do what is required
as stated on the contract I will be a customer for life.

I’ve had an extremely hard time finding someone to come and check out an issue with my AC unit. After nearly giving up, I called super early this morning and they were at my door shortly after, and fixed my issue quickly and for a fair price. Will definitely be using them for any future AC repairs! Cannot recommend enough!

We had a particular issue with an item from a past compressor installation done by a company that's no longer in business. I spoke on the phone to Juan Galvis one afternoon and, the next day Juan was at my home at 8:00 am sharp! Juan was able to take care of the item I needed help with. Juan is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Brad did a great job installing are new HVAC unit. Got a TRANE product for a very good price. Would use again.

Stop searching for the right AC company, Brad’s Astoria Heating and Cooling is the one. I gave him a call with my outside unit’s issue and he was here within an hour. And within 20 minutes he diagnosed my blown fuse and had it repaired. AC is once again up and running and for great affordability, too. 10/10 friendliness and efficient service. Definitely booking again when needed.

Brad was very nice to work with and reasonably priced. I wasn't able to be at home but my partner met him there and he diagnosed our AC unit quickly. They called me on the phone and Brad clearly explained the issue and told me the price for the replacement part.

In the end, the cost was less than we expected and included his full system diagnostic/tune up, replacement part and labor. Our unit kicked back on and started running as normal.

If you have any concerns about your HVAC, get it checked by Brad before it gets hotter out! I promise it will be less costly & stressful than waiting for it to die completely!

I called Brad and he said he would be there in 2 hours, which he was. He was able to determine my problem quickly, and got my AC running right away. He performed a system check and cleaned my compressor. The bill was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

I called 10 companies that wouldn't come out to review my issue and provide a quote without charging a fee. I paid the fee for one big company to come out. They didn't look at my AC unit or attic and gave me a quote for over $900. Two days later they called and said they would do it for $550. I called Astoria and discussed my issue. Brad spent time looking at my air handler and attic duct work and didn't charge for the review or quote. He was very thorough and gave me a few options to resolve my issue. I decided to do the first option which increased my air efficiency throughout the whole house. The charge was $175. I will only use Astoria moving forward. It seems like the big company was quoting me a lot more for the job and then cut the price a lot when I didn't jump to do it. Brad's prices were in line with the big companies reduced prices which is what they should have quoted in the first place. Save time and money without games that try and get you to pay way more for the same job and call Astoria. Thanks Brad!

This will be the 6th time using Astoria over the last 2 years and each time the service has been on time and top notch. They have done a full install (inside and out) of a brand new system all around and service my rentals as well as my primary residence. The best part about them is that they fully explained the install and answered any questions I had. I also had them come out on an emergency call for one my rentals (tenant stated air wouldn’t get below 84). I met Brad who was on time and he showed me the issue (showed me a new capacitor side by side to mine) and it was easy to see the issue instead of just telling me what was needed it was fully explained.
