We have had issues with our new AC unit for the last three years. Brad was able to come out and assess the issue the very next day. He was very thorough and professional. While two other companies tried to make us buy a completely new unit, Brad was able to replace the parts, that were still under warranty, and have it working for us as it should. Once again, Brad and Astoria Heating & Cooling to the rescue. Eight months ago we had our AC go out during a rain storm and Brad came out in the pouring rain to repair our AC. Please read the earlier review. Brad explained what else he found wrong with our system that rainy weekend night and this was most helpful in explaining to the home warranty company what they needed to repair for free on our air handler based on our warranty plan. If we had waited for them to fix the problem, we would have gone two - three weeks without AC. This go round, our AC went out and our house got up to 86 degrees, it was miserable. As usual, I went through the basic check list of possible problems to no avail. It was time to call Brad. Brad remembered who we were and without any hesitation, said he would be right over. Again, he determined in a matter of minutes that our outside heat pump unit had a bad capacitor. He replaced it and went over the entire system to make sure everything else was working well. From the phone call to the end of the repair the time involved to regain cool air was two hours and the excellent service came with a very reasonable price. Thanks again to Brad and Astoria Heating & Cooling for another job well done. We wouldn't have anyone else service our heating and cooling system.

We came home at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night to a non-working fan in our outside AV unit, and Brad at Astoria Heating & Cooling graciously fit us into his late night schedule. He assessed our unit quickly and professionally (bad capacitor) and had our unit back up and running in less than 30 minutes at a very reasonable price.
