Our heater wasn't working and its one of the coldest weekends thus far. I called and two hours later Mr. Gordon stopped by. He was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He was nice and understood the problem and fixed it promptly. Thank you so much!

We want to thank Astoria Heating & Cooling for their immediate response to our home on a Saturday evening in the pouring down rain. Our central AC went out on Friday evening and I tried all of the tricks I know as a home owner to get the system up and running to no avail. Thank goodness we have ceiling fans in each room. However, by Saturday afternoon the interior temperature was up to 84 Deg F. I started Friday night calling our home warranty service for a diagnosis and repair. After all, that is why we have it. By Saturday afternoon I was informed that they were busy calling for many customers all over the country and they had not made one call to any repair service in the greater Orlando area. So I started my own search which lead me to Astoria Heating and Cooling. What a pleasure to know that Brad Gordon (Owner-Operator) would be at our door in less than 45 minutes and he was! Brad quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen system which he proceeded to thaw out. While waiting he noticed the insulation was falling off of the cabinet door and meticulously repaired it. He also added a couple of pounds of freon, pressure checked the system and vacuumed out the water discharge line in the pouring down rain, installed a new filter and cleaned up the work area, very professional job. The temperature started to drop immediately and the house was back to the normal setting in two hours. Again, we thank Brad and Astoria Heating & Cooling for the expedited service, thoroughness and fair pricing for a Saturday evening service call.

I am really happy with the job that was phorm in my house because my AC was not working for Few days on night sleeping without AC in my house and it being stressful days but today I decide to call the company to take care of my AC today is the day that I feel. Sooo much joy. Because my AC is fixed today and it did not take a long time to be fixed he did a great and wonderful job I will recommend him to anybody go through that same problem when I went through you need more workers like him I appreciate it so much🙏🙏🙏🙏😀😀😀😀😀
