My mom and i got home from a physical therapy appointment and instantly realized our air wasn’t working. Brad was at our house in under and hour and fixed it even faster! super professional, kind, and from what we witnessed, reliable. we will definitely call him again for future needs.

Brad was extremely responsive and showed up when he said he would, which is rare these days. He got the heat running again for my old and obsolete heating system in my home no problem. Furthermore, I appreciated that he did not play salesman and try to force me to buy an entirely new unit, as other companies usually do.

We've used Astoria Heating & Cooling twice.. once for a heating system repair and then again for an A/C repair. Both experiences were completed very quickly and professionally, and the costs were very reasonable. We have already recommended this company to the neighbors in our community. Great service. Called Brad after business hours and he still showed up within an hour. AC motor was blown out. He had all the parts and got the AC working quickly. Highly recommend.

We had been working with another service provider sent by our warranty company, and after multiple visits our AC still went out nightly. Finally, I called Brad at 6 am (!!!) and he was at my house by 7 am. He admittedly had a full day and not enough time to do his full diagnostics, but did do some temporary fixes he thought might work. We got cool air for the day but by night it wasn't working. I texted him at 8 pm, and he responded and made an appt to arrive at 8 am. He was prompt again (which is very rare these days), did his full diagnostic, found the REAL problem, and fixed for a fraction of the cost the previous tech was trying to get out of the warranty company. Our AC has been working perfectly since. I cannot recommend Astoria Heating & Cooling enough!!!!

Called Brad at 5:30 he arrived at 6! Very thorough did a great job! Very fair price for after hours job would highly recommend him for any heating and air conditioning needs!

Had a great experience with this business, Bradford was very responsive and communicative prior to the visit. He explained what he was doing and made some recommendations, but I didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me on anything—he was professional, courteous and COVID compliant. I will absolutely be calling him in the future for any HVAC needs!

A/C went out the afternoon of Good Friday, during the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak. Called up Astoria, unsure if they would be able to help. They had no problem coming and taking a look. The tech made it over to the house within an hour of my call and had us up and running in no time. Definitely impressed with the speed and quality of work. The prices were good too, with the tech providing multiple options and explaining the repair process fully and in an easy to understand way.

Let me say that if anyone needs A/C service they need to contact Bradford at Astoria Heating and Cooling. After having my A/C go out late in the day I sent out a request through Yelp for estimates to have someone come out. Within the hour I had a message from Bradford. He came to the house and was able to not only determine the problem, but used one of his own parts to give me A/C that night. He called the next day and said he checked and my defective part was still under the original warranty and that there would only be the labor charge. He was out here that day replaced the part, checked the rest of my system.
What more can I say? If you want fast , professional service. This is the place to call.
