Showed up AN HOUR late with no excuses, sent a breakdown of quote two days AFTER they had already did the repairs even though I asked for it multiple times prior to the work and didn’t offer to remove shoes while walking on my carpet through the house, used my bathroom, used my electricity for over an hour plugging one of their tools but didn’t deduct it…. And very pricey!! Do not recommend at all…!

Honest and reliable service. Needed a complete change out since unit was 20 yrs old. Technician came gave me a great price and walk me thru the whole process as how the work was going to get done. Came hauled old unit and installed new unit. Completely satisfied. Thanks, Great Job!

I had a them come to our house yesterday to check our system. They charged me for Freon to check my system that they new already had a whole in the line. Then they never put the screws back in the outside until. I am feeling very taken advantage of. Then they told the home warranty people that my system had not been taken care of with regular maintenance. I have had other company come out and tell me maintenance is the issue with my system and why its not working. Now I have to fight over turn what they have stated to get my system covered by the warranty company. Be careful if you call these people.

I have referred Sub-Cooling to more people than I can count and I've never heard anyone complain, but instead, calling to thank me because they were so happy with the service the received! In addition to that, I have used them personally. The technician didn't waste time, diagnosed my problem and was very efficient. They are reasonably priced and have always done a great job for me!

This company goes the extra mile to get the job done. I am a property manager and receive many calls a year for AC service. This company is quick to respond and reasonably priced. If you purchase a unit through them they register the warranty for you.

I called for a problem with my AC blowing air but not cooling. My home was hot hot hot. I asked Kristen if there was any way they could come the same day since I just had surgery days earlier. She said that may not be possible. I asked her to please consider my dire need for help due to my circumstances I could prove and she said she would try. She calls me later and said there was a cancellation and scheduled me the same day. Most companies were booked for a week so I was so thankful. Billy (tech) came to my home and helped fix the problem and I’m extremely grateful to both Kristen & Billy. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

What a wonderful experience it is to have an AC company in Orlando come to your home, tell you what needs to be done, do it at the COST they quote you, clean up after themselves and make you feel comfortable and happy to have had their professionals in YOUR HOME ... I can't begin to tell you that I wish they had an office in St Petersburg to service my home here and my rental properties. I would recommend and use them every time possible without hesitation. It is delightful to know they can go to my home in Winter Springs and help at the blink of an eye and I don't have to worry about whom they're sending nor that I'm going to be over-billed or tricked into things I don't want nor need. Thanks Jason to you and your team!!! As a realtor we always have companies we use but sometimes they get complacent and don't step up to the plate ... such is not the case with Sub-Cooling!!!!

Tech came out and said freon was leaking which was why the AC wasn't working. The charged me $200 to to a freon leak test and told me the hole was in the evaporator coils.
I sent another AC tech out the next day to get a second opinion who said the freon was NOT leaking at all and the evaporator coils were fine and got the AC working again without doing anything else. When I called Subcooling and spoke to Jason, he could not explain why this would happen and when I was expressing my dissatisfaction, he said I was too upset, talking to loud and hung up on me.

My recommendation is to call someone else as I believe this company has questionable practices at best.
