Jerry was the technician. I have to say he was totally friendly, professional, clean, came and did the yearly inspection and cleaning and I hope Adirondack realizes what a good employee he is.

We just bought a new air conditioner and couldn't be happier with the two technicians that installed it. Brian Fisher and Justice Martinez were two of the nicest men we have met in the past. They were honest, hard workers, and knowledgeable about the installation. They went above and beyond when they encountered problems with our old breaker box. We are repeat customers and highly recommend this company.

I called. They came. They fixed my AC within two hours of calling and I was back to relaxing in my home while it was sweltering outside. When it's over 90 degrees in Largo there's nothing worse than waiting all day for a company to send a guy out or even getting stood up (this happened to me twice before finding Adirondack Services). The HVAC technician was friendly, professional, and CLEAN. He wore a mask the entire time which put my family and me at ease during these crazy times. I would call this company again in a heartbeat if my air conditioning went out. The ac technician even gave me some tips on how to save money on my electric bill.

Jack was amazingly friendly and helpful. I tell all of my friends about him and this company. I can not thank Jack enough on how fast and effortless he fixed the ac. My dogs even loved him. Thank you Jack !

My AC went out without warning. I called Adirondak and the answering service advised she would have the on duty technition call me right back. Like many places right now with COVID I didnt expect a quick response. However Drew the on duty technition called me back in 10 miniutes. Advised him what I knew of the problem and he advised he would be at my location within 30 minutes. Drew arrived a bit before 30 minutes and immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. Within 15 minutes he had determined what the problem was, offered me several solutons and fully explained rhe pro/cons of each solution. He was very thorough and honest(pricing)and once I decided what option to choose he quickly retrieved the parts he needed to complete the repair and in 90 minutes he had the problem fixed. Alot of companies today use COVID as an excuse to provide poor service. Drew with Adironadak was exactly the opposite. His service, knowledge and dedication to his job were exemplary. I would highly recommend Adirondak to anyone based on the excellent service I received from Drew

Called last evening for service call. Andrew and Drew were promptly out this afternoon to replace capacitors and service our ac system. They were PHENOMENAL. My husband does get along with a lot of service people but he was thoroughly impressed with this team. Honest, thorough and hard working. Signed up for a serivice contract because we trust them.

I highly recommend this company for any of your A/C problems. They were very thorough from the start. I believe that I spoke to Vicki and she got the ball rolling. The technician Sean was great. He was very courteous and personable. His work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. These 2 people are an asset to this company. That is why I’ll be calling them again whenever I need assistance with my A/C or Heat.

We had our ac stop working after a home inspection and Vicki was so understanding and offered service on Friday night so we wouldn’t have to wait until Sat. Cody came from 8-10 pm and fixed the motor that shorted out.

Service technician came out to our commercial property within just a few hours of calling. He had all the parts needed to make the repairs on his truck and was able to complete the repair during his visit. Very professional and easy to work with.
