Our A/C stopped working on a Friday of a Holiday weekend. Their response time and service was amazing. The tech, Jack, was very courteous and helpful. We were so impressed with their service that we scheduled an appointment in 6 months for routine maintenance and service. We are happy to have found someone so professional, trustworthy, and at a reasonable cost.

Adirondack installed my new HVAC unit in March, I couldn't have been happier with the service and the clear explanation of everything from what unit to the completed work. Yesterday a neighbor reached out to Adirondack after being told a very expensive repair situation by another company. Adirondack gave them a complete check up and offered a much more reasonable option for their issue. Today, they are happy and "cool"! Thanks Adirondack!

Fast friendly service. They came out same day and had all the parts I needed on the truck. After a couple hours my A/C was back working. They seem to have reasonable prices. A neighbor down the street was having the same work done and that other company wanted almost $500 more that what I was charged. Thanks!

Thank you to Jerry who came out and performed routine maintenance on my A/C unit! He was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also able to give me pricing on some services and products I was interested in. He did an excellent job! I also liked how he called to let me know he was on his way and even wore shoe covers! Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE! DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AHEAD! Please read BOTH updates below. It's one thing for the owner's wife, Laura, to write a review right after mine by posing as a customer to offset a bad review. But when the owner, Adam, then writes one himself, that just reeks of dishonesty and desperation.
I scheduled a repair on 9/16/22 to be completed the following week for $957.65. This was the amount for 2 hours of labor ONLY as the small replacement part was covered under warranty. I realized this seemed unreasonable and requested to cancel the day before the work was to be done. They said there was a 25% restocking fee for their labor and they would be keeping $239.41 for restocking "labor". Although I'm no stranger to restocking "fees", they are always a fixed dollar amount vs a percentage (what if my canceled service was $20,000? Would I be on the hook for $5,000? Adirondack thinks so). As a gesture of good will, I even offered to pay 25% of their cost for the part to no avail. After making my case clearly, the phone conversation became heated leading Adam to hang up on me, but not before he threatened to give me $0 on my requested return. None of my additional phone calls were returned. This is a significantly unethical practice, at best. At worst, it's deceptive to a criminal level. I will never be doing business with them again. BUYER BEWARE!

FOLLOW-UP TO BUSINESS OWNER'S RESPONSE
First off, notice their mention of a denied credit app. They selectively chose not to mention this was because their new system deleted my account info. Nor did they mention I used my debit card just fine for payment, otherwise we wouldn't be disputing a charge that they refused to refund. This is a blatant attempt to defame my character. They also didn't mention they originally overcharged my card as promised by $9. I felt this was petty to bring up earlier, but since they were diving into the gutter of pettiness, I felt it was now worthy of a mention. And speaking of petty, they DOXXED me by posting my address online. Notice they didn't do this to their positive reviewers. This is a direct attempt to intimidate me into silence. Folks, if this business behavior (from the owner, no less) is whom you choose to do business with, then don't blame me. YOU WERE WARNED!

12/16/22 UPDATE
While I am grateful owner, Adam Hansen, reconsidered his act of intimidation and removed his reply doxxing me, this ONLY came after I sent him a cease and desist order through the BBB. (Please reference public complaint/dialog on BBB site). And it was this complaint he's referring to when he mentions "two" attempts at the charge reversal (you can only dispute a charge once with the credit card company). Credit card companies only dispute fraud. I've never claimed Adam committed fraud; only that his practice of a 25% "restocking fee for labor" was grossly unethical. Also, the BBB attempts to privately resolve disputes between vendor and customer. I felt this was the prudent route. It was ONLY after Adam's belittling and dismissive comments on the BBB page (I never "screamed" over the phone, nor does he mention that in BBB report) that I realized he had no interest in acting with integrity and had every intent on keeping all my money that I felt it was then necessary to inform future customers of what they may be, unknowingly, getting into. Once again, BUYER BEWARE.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with any service company since I have been here. CODY is awesome, he was at my rental 25 min after I called the office. Troubleshoot the issue, ordered thr part and 3 days later came back and installed it. It ended up being more than that part and the whole unit needed to be replaced. They handled the warranty with the company and came back out and installed it quickly. Cody wad professional, prompt, communicative and very clean. Would definitely recommend them and I have already sent 2 of my friends to them!!

Adirondack has been great from the original system upgrade to my yearly maintenance.They are always on-time and call to let you know they are on their way and when they will be there. My service tech Jerry was excellent on-time very professional went through both of my systems took pictures and made notes made some suggestions and told about the benefits of a maintenance plan. Overall I am and have been very pleased with their services. I highly recommend Adirondack Services. Good service and people are hard to find here in Florida so I really appreciate them.

UPDATED REVIEW: I appreciate this company taking my experience seriously and reaching out to make things right. Adam actively listened to my concerns, remained objective about the situation and made me feel like he cared to listen to what I had to say. He offered to have another technician come out and provided reassurance. My partner has decided to go with someone else, but the fact that they actually reached out and handled it the way they did says a lot to me about the kind of service they want to provide their customers.

I wish I had done more research and was more informed before I scheduled someone to come take a look. I returned from vacation on Sunday to find my A/C broken. I called them after a friend referred me. I told the representative my coils were frozen over, inside and outside, the fan was blowing very weak with no cool air. I wasn't told I needed to turn off the A/C prior to their visit. It's 90+ degrees in Florida even during the "fall/winter" months. I've never experienced this before so I didn't know turning it off was something I had to do. I had it running with the fan on too to try and get some circulation in the house, especially since I work from home. Come today, they arrive at 10:30 AM and I was told they couldn't inspect it because it's frozen over. I was upset and told them I wish I would've known this before they came out. I wouldn't have wasted $95 for them to just turn around 2 minutes later. I had to pay...I'm disappointed to say the least, especially when they also know that we're not in a financial position to install an entirely new unit since they also asked if I could budget for one. I will say that they are nice people, responsive, and followed through quickly with the call backs and scheduling, but I felt they should've let me know the A/C needed to be off and thawed out. Well, lesson learned for me...
