Adirondack services my two air conditioners for maintenance. I am very pleased with their professionalism and on time service. Jerry, the service technician, just conducted maintenance a inspection on my two AC systems. Jerry was on time, very courteous and very detailed in his inspection. He gave me recommendations and suggestions that were very helpful. I definitely recommend Adirondack for HVAC services.

Fantastic AC ! If you are looking for an honest and professional experience this is the company to use. We had a problem with our AC and had another company come out first. The other company told us we needed new equipment. We called Adirondack for a second opinion they we super professional and it turned out we did not need new equipment. They thoroughly checked everything and even came out for a recheck to make sure we were all good.

Staff personable, competent, responsive, and timely. Vicky in office consistently provides excellent service. She remembers customers (and their spouses) as well as their individual needs. Jerry was technician who came out today for general maintenance and was great.

I contacted Adirondack Monday morning with issues with my air conditioner. The lady who answered was very professional and helpful. She had a technician (Jack Lopresto) at my home in Plant City at 4:00 that afternoon. Jack was able to service and repair the problem without trying to have me replace or pay for parts that were not needed. (I have had problems with other companies wanting to sell me unnecessary parts). Jack was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he did to fix my problem. Will definitely call again if needed

After moving into our new house we knew we needed to replace the ac sooner rather then later. Cody came out and went through every detail with us. He took his time and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He never made us feel like he was pushing a unit on us just to make the sale. From the initial quote to the final install everything went as he explained it would and we could not be happier.

My AC backup and caused a bunch of water damage. I reached out to several HVAC companies and the only one to respond quickly was Adirondack. Jack showed up within an hour, walked me through everything, and took care of my issue. He was great! I still have to deal with the damage but it would have been 10 times worse if it wasn’t for Jack and Adirondack. Jack even offered to stop back out a few days later to check on everything. I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs!

Starting with Vicki - she is a joy to work with! She always remember me and my home. Follows up when ever there is an issue just to make sure we are happy!
Now for the Jerry the Tech - first time at my home, what a polite guy. He was fast and very pleasant to work with.

I called at 7am, Devon took my info. 20 Min later Alison called me back and we scheduled a service visit for 10am. Drew gave me a call 5-10 minutes prior to his arrival. It took him less then 5 min to diagnose the problem. He quoted the job and upon me agreeing to the price he go to work getting the system up and running again. What was great about Drew and the quick and professional work that he has done, he also advised me on how I can prevent this failure from happening again by means of simple periodic maintenance on my end.
Adirondack Services is responsive and well priced, I definitely recommend!
