Exceptional people and service. I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed with Brian and Justice's work performance and professionalism today. They both installed my new AC system today, that I am VERY happy with. Their work ethic and positive attitude made the whole process run very smoothly. They even kept an extra eye out for my dogs during the switch, which meant so much to me. Couldn't of asked for anyone better. They went above and beyond what I expected. I will always recommend Adirondack!

Vicki was very friendly and was able to schedule me the same day I called! Andrew and Drew were very professional and worked very hard to repair my air conditioner. Highly recommended!

Big thanks to Shawn, Jessie and Billy! The installers from Adirondack services changed out the unit, and cleaned everything up within 6 hours. Very professional crew and did a great job walking us thru concerns we had. I will use Adirondack services in the future and recommend them to anyone with a.c. needs. We have been a customer of Adirondack Services since 2004, recommended to us by my co-worker. Always dependable, courteous service and keep the customer informed if there is a delay in arriving as scheduled - we appreciate that level of communication. Any and all questions (usually mine) are answered fully and any work that needs to be done explained in detail.

Jack was great. He did my install and was great. Had a small clog and he came right over and flushed out the drain. Great service and professional.

I don't write reviews often, but I'm so impressed with the service, honesty and quality of Adirondack -- so I'm making an exception and posting. From the person answering the phone through to the tech showing up after normal working hours to make my house cool on an incredibly hot day ... everyone was personable and professional and respectful. I feel like they truly care that I don't have unlimited funds and that making my old air con unit last as long as possible is important. I'll have to upgrade at some point - that's the reality of living in florida - but I feel confident that the team at Adirondack will help me to make the right decisions about where to spend my money and when. Our ac went out after a storm, we called around desperate for a repairman on Saturday night around 9:30pm. Adirondack had a technician to our house to complete the repair work within half an hour of calling. They were honest with the repair work and fees. Thanks so much for getting our ac back in working condition so quickly!
