I cannot disagree more with the positive reviews. Worst experience for us. Not only did the installation team not complete the job as expected (condensate pump not cleaned or replaced which incurred a $350+ bill for a 10 minute cleaning after install —which my husband could’ve done but were not given that option), but the entire system failed to NOT flood our floors as the PVC pipes were not glued and/or checked. A little over one year later and our laminate floors are flooded. The owner refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part. So our brand new floors, which were replaced after the AC install, have flooded yet again due to poor installation. And no help at all from this company.

I can't say enough good things about the service team from Adirondack Services. I've been using them for the past three years and they are always honest, professional, timely, and efficient. They go the extra mile to look out for their customers. Sean has come out several times to complete our preventative maintenance and always takes the time to explain things to us and always looking for ways to save us money if we have options. Vicki is great to work with and she went out of her way to explain my options to either repair or replace when my HVAC system was not working. I decided to replace my system and the installers Carlos and Vicente did an amazing job! We thought we would have to tear out the molding around the HVAC closet to remove the old system, but they disassembled it piece by piece to ensure they didn't do any damage. They were efficient with the installation and cleaned up everything when they were done! I was very impressed!! Jack was my technician and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He was punctual, professional, providing a very clear assessment of the condition of my unit, friendly and over the top helpful when I asked him for directions regarding how to install a new grate I had purchased for the air conditioner.
