Adirondack Services Cooling and Heating

I typically don't write reviews, but I usually find them helpful when I am considering a purchase, so here goes--I'll be brief. My original unit was 12 years old and started having cooling issues. Adirondack was a referral from a neighbor that just had her unit replaced by them. I purchased the Trane XR15 from them based on their competitive quote and ability to install it 2 days later. 1 full day to install--Carlos and Vicente were very nice, worked hard, and answered all my questions. Very clean work. The system stopped cooling that evening, and I called at 8pm to see if I could be scheduled first thing the next day. They actually came out 15 minutes later, to include the owner to research the problem. One of my zone sensors had failed (unrelated to the installation) and they had a new part ordered and installed the next day. Everyone I spoke with at this company has been nice---Adam the owner, Vicki, Drew, Leon to name a few. I now have a premium brand A/C unit (with 10 year transferable warranty) and feel comfortable that should I have a future issue they will take care of things.

It has been brutally hot lately and my a/c just couldn’t handle it. Adirondack had Jack out to my place within an hour on a weekend. He spent about an hour servicing my unit and had it working like it was brand new. It was so hot and he didn’t complain once. I don’t think I’ll ever go with a different company. I’m so impressed with their promptness and customer service.

Adirondack Services installed a new residential AC system for us and we are very happy with the experience from start to finish. Andrew (the technician) was honest, informative, friendly and easy to work with. We got three quotes before choosing these guys and while their price was very reasonable, it was the service, honest ethic and good reputation that won our business. The team that did the installation was very professional and friendly. They were easy to communicate with and hard working.

After the job was finished, the pinellas county inspector came by to check the work and sign off on the permit and he commented that Adirondack services does good work and are a bunch of "good guy" . i would recommend to anyone that ask

I cannot say enough good things about the service I got from this company! They sent Shawn out the same day I called. My AC unit was failing in 80 + degree weather. I decided on a new system and Bill and Carlos came the next morning and did the install. I was very grateful they arranged the install so quickly because it was so hot! The whole process was explained to me and all my options detailed . I am so impressed with their expertise and knowledge and problem solving. They were patient and considerate and so professional at all times. When they finished the garage was spotless and the new system was cooling beautifully. Thank you also to Adam, the owner, and all involved in providing such excellent service . I think you would be impressed also and very satisfied with this company, it"s employees, how they conduct themselves and the outstanding service they provide .

Highest marks for Adirondack . We had the pleasure of meeting Cody the technician that came to give us an estimate . Cody , provided an estimate and explained to us all the Necessary items that were needed . He was very trust worthy and made us feel very comfortable . With a world full of negativity . Cody was a pleasure to work with . We will continue to use Adirondack for all of our A/C needs .

Today with a feels like 104 temp I came inside to an 84 reading on my thermostat and the unit had stopped running! Drew was here in 30 minutes!! He did a fantastic job! I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Adirondack Services! Drew was so great about explaining the problem and quickly and efficiently, thoughtfully and with great care got us cooling again!

I have been calling HVAC companies all day looking for help with a suspected HVAC leak in the home i just bought. Vicki is a gem, helped me feel confident and comfortable that they can diagnose and repair the problem, and that they’ll do so reasonably. Buying a new home, and an old home at that, is stressful and she made me feel like with them i’ll be in good hands. Thank you!
