No heat after the first cold snap of the year? Don't worry call Adirondack Services. They were at my home in less than an hour- kind and patient in explaining the issues with my heat (Greek to me). Andrew went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and repair it in no time flat. I have called on them once before and had an equally positive experience. I am grateful to have such a reliable and honest HVAC company right up the street from our home. Kindest regards.

Seriously amazing work. These guys Carlos, Vincent and Austin, worked SO hard to remove my dinosaur of an AC unit and replace it with a beautiful new setup that cooled my house down almost instantly! I cannot say enough about the quality of their work!

Fantastic Service from start to finish! The entire experience was great! My home upstairs wasn't cooling very well in the summer months as the entire home was being cooled by 1 very old package system Adirondack Services , Andrew the Tech , came out, gave me a quote, and installed a new split system in the upstairs, ran brand new duct work and replaced a broken attic fan with a new attic ladder. They were in & out within a day and left the place cleaner than what they found it! I would strongly recommend these folks! Clean , professional , and honest . That's a win win situation in my books .

Technicians have no problem overcharging you when you and your elderly wife are in desperate need of AC. This company price gouges.

Any complaints sent directly to the owner are quickly dismissed.

$378 to clean a drain pipe and a drain pan. Wouldn't even waive a $75 diagnostic fee. All for 40 minutes of work. No thank you sir.

Adirondack services is the best air conditioning & heating company around! Exceptional service from the owner and workers. Andrew came out to check my mother in laws air conditioning she's been living without for months & now she has ice cold AC that works better than it ever has before. Awesome people for my AC they were amazing, showed me the permit right from the start did the work with upbeat happy people. Made my day! They called back to see how the system was working and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need! Great people would always hire them before anyone else!

I obtained quotes from multiple vendors who insisted that my A/C needed to be replaced. When Jack arrived to troubleshoot my system, I first noticed that he was spending more time troubleshooting and then he called me over to walk me through the problem. $200 later, my problem was solved and the air is blowing cold 2 years later. $200 vs $7000 is a big difference and appreciating companies with integrity, I can say that I will be back for all of my A/C needs. Had two new ducts installed in our garage and the team was great and timely with install and Allison did great setting everything up on office side and getting everything taken care of

They replaced a compression for 1800. the ac unit continued to have problems was having problems. It finally died , I figured it was still under warranty when they showed up. The owner proceeded to tell me that the warranty was up by 2 days ago. Then proceeded to charge $650 to repair the unit. 6 days later it died again, then he said I need a new ac unit.
Don't trust these people they will overcharge and deny any wrongdoing.
