Payne Air Conditioning & Heating

Had an issue with my mini split that was a hard fix and took sometime to get right but Payne stuck with it and got it right. Do yourself a favor if you ever have an a/c issue call Payne and request Greg Wilson. You will be very glad you did, every time i have an issue and he gets involved the fix is soon to happen. All the techs at Payne are good but Greg is the best when you really need it fixed and he will not leave until its triple checked and running smoothly. Personally i will sit in the heat of no air until Payne can send Greg

We have used Payne AC & Heating for many years. The service and follow up received continues to be excellent. We recently had to have a new unit installed, and Greg has provided us with accurate information and followed up on questions related to new install. He is timely, polite, and thorough.

I have all local facilities on a maintenance contract, and everything is always handled very efficiently and promptly. Just today, Jeff was out and did a very thorough job on taking care of all of my HVAC equipment. I have used Payne for both business and personal residential, and will continue to do so. Payne has once again proven how awesome they are. Rental house ac was not repairable and new system was going to take a wee....they brought a portable unit after hours. A company you can trust and will never be disappointed with. The entire staff from inside phone service to repairs and estimating are professional and truly care!!!!!

Great company to work with. They were the contractors that installed our HVAC system when it was built. I wanted to have my condenser moved around to the side of my house. They took care of it with no problem.

Air conditioner quit cooling, and Payne sent a tech out on a Saturday evening, with the promise to have it up and running Monday. Monday came and different tech came to installed a new part. Unfortunately, it still would not cool, so Tuesday, the first tech returned, and replaced a different part and was able to get the air conditioner to work. This is a shout-out to Jeff, the tech, who saved the day. Really appreciate Payne for their professionalism, speedy response and service. Wouldn't call anyone else!

We are very impressed with our service. Jeff G came to our house two days in a row to ensure our air conditioner continued running. After running into multiple problems he made sure to stay until we could be sure everything was fixed. He was professional and friendly and did an excellent job.

My Wife and I have had some recent A/C issues with our unit. We were given Payne as a suggestion via a friend that has had service done by Payne before. We weren't sure if they would be able to help us out due to them being all the way in Lakeland and were in Brandon. When we called to setup an appointment everyone was so helpful and they had a tech out that same afternoon late and didn't even charge an overtime fee. The tech actually lived out by us and got us back up and running in no time flat. He didn't try and BS us and tell us we needed a brand new unit but he was honest and let us know it will be due to be replaced soon. I called back the next day to give a compliment to the manager and apparently spoke with the owner Frank. He was really professional and even went as far as giving us a quote for the future which I wasn't expecting. Strongly suggest this Company!

I am very satisfied with prompt professional service.
Called - no additional questions asked just promised to come ASAP and did in 40 minutes after the call. The technician ( Gary ?) was fast, very professional, knowledgeable. Fixed the problem, advised additional service, fixed that one as well. Everything fast, in time.
