I manage an apartment community in the area and have always used The Right Service for our HVAC repairs. They are always my first choice because they are prompt, fair and reasonably priced. The technicians are always cordial and make you feel like you have a friend working on your property. Joe comes to my property on a regular basis and is always friendly and honest. I always recommend The Right Service to my friends and family because I know first hand how well they treat their customers.

Having to deal with a broken Ac in Florida is not a great experience. But when you find an amazing company like The Right Service it makes it much easier. This team of people was incredible. I called out one company that was adamant about switching out the entire unit. We wanted a second opinion and thankfully got to The Right Service. Tech Francis came out to check the problem and gave us the options he saw as a professional. He worked out everything with us so honestly and professionally. We got the least expensive great fix!! I'm so happy with my experience with The Right Service! We recommend greatly!!!!

Thank you to The Right Service for the amazing job done in my home. Past few months I've been noticing my kids suffering from allergies more than the usual. Breathing uncomfortably and just overall the household felt stuffy and not clear. We weren't sure what May have caused the issues until Francis from the right service came to check it out! He was so honest and clear that there was no issue with the Ac but that the air ducts needed some work! Wow what a job he did! What a great difference in the home! Excellent service by all concerned. Booked my appointment, got updates and they were able to work with my schedule. Gilad did a great job cleaning and servicing my furnace and were so pleasant and fun to chat with. Never a moment of apprehension of wonder if they were doing the job other than properly. This month has been a bit out of control with the high electric bill. We weren't sure what the problem may be but we first thought the Ac unit.... we called few companies until we got to The Right Service which were willing to come check out the issue right away. They made it so easy to schedule and send somebody out! Mark came into the home and did his professional checks to see what may be causing the issue. He didn't try to up sell us on anything. Something as simple as needing to clean out our dryer vents was the main problem. Not only will it lower our electric bill but he explained to us the danger in the home with fires if not taken care of properly. Also the air will be cleaner to breath and overall safety of the home. The right service technicians are superior. They are very kind, polite and knowledgeable about their work. Every time I have had them here for a repair or complete HVAC installation they have been completely professional and efficient.

Well this is something worth writing about. The Right Service came through at 8pm to fix our Ac. They didn't push us to the following day like every other company we called. A young gentleman Dwayne came in and as much time as it took he did what needed to be done. Fair price, honest people, clean work! Thank you to The Right Service!

Usually I don't like to post reviews but in this case I felt the extra need to. I'm an owner of a DayCare in South Florida. This 90 degree weather is no joke at all when your AC unit shuts down. I called several companies that couldn't make it out to me. Most pushed me over to the next business day. Even when I explained that it's an emergency because I have young children in my care nobody seemed to care. I called The Right Service and immediately felt at ease. The Customer Service Representative made sure that a technician will be out to me ASAP. And so it was.... Francis arrived after one hour and addressed the problem in a professional manner. The Ac was up and running in no time. Thank you for The Right Service for such an amazing experience. Will definitely use in future!

I am veritably pleased with the thorough explanation of what the issues were and how it would be resolved. The work done was immaculate! They worked in a clean and regardful manner.
