It was a Sunday Evening at 8 pm after regular business hours when my Ac Shut down leaving me helpless with 11 pets in my home. It was nearly impossible to handle the heat and keep the animals comfortable. I spoke to the call Center and explained my situation that I'm a animal rescue home and they came out of their way to check out the problem.
