New home wasn't able to cool below 80f even at night. Turns out the old ducts were full of leaks that my (never to be used again) home inspector didn't report. Mark was able to come out the next day and quickly assess the situation and gave me a few options to resolve the problem. The next morning Jacob came out and repaired the old ducts. The AC can now keep the house below 70f in the summer! Definitely using Upright AC again.
