Derek and Payne are very important to the wellbeing of our small business. We depend upon them to maintain and quickly repair over half a dozen pieces of refrigeration equipment. We have had the highest level of confidence with Derek and Payne during the last four years, or so, of our 13 years in business. Thanks!

Payne was recommended to me, but due to my poor customer service experience with one of their employees I decided to go with a different company.

When I initially called I spoke to a gentleman about an estimate for a repair, he answered all my questions and offered different options. When I called back to schedule a time for them to come out, the man was at lunch as I was transferred to a very rude woman in service who would not even talk to me, as I am "not the homeowner". I explained that the homeowner live out of state, but she stated nastily that due to company policy she would only talk to the homeowner. I respect that the company has decided this their policy, but it can be stated in a manner that is not rude.

Ultimately, I decided to go with a different company that offered me the solution of having the homeowner call to give authorization for them to deal with me directly, rather than dismiss me. At the end of the day I am handling the problem and, more importantly, I am paying the bill.

This company is awesome they are quick efficient and follow up promptly. Derek is awesome he always explains the problem and resolution. Thank you Derek for all your help if we need air conditioning & heating repairs we will definitely be using Payne Air Conditioning & Heating. Staybridge Suites

Greg Wilson is an amazing tech, he seriously deserves a raise, can’t find a better tech than him, and I won’t have anyone but him working on my ac from now on! Polite, punctual and professional as well as being able to quickly diagnose and repair any issues you are having!

Called early on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment and got the answering service. Just after they opened at 8:00 a.m. I received a phone call offering to schedule my appointment. Because of work restrictions I couldn't get a lunch time appointment till they schedule it between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. the same day. Charles the technician showed up just after the appointment time and went straight to work finding the problem offering a solution and fixing it in a very affordable and efficient way. Within less than an hour he had completed all the work and scheduled a follow-up maintenance appointment for a couple of months later to make sure that everything was still working properly. if you live in Florida you know how important air conditioning is no matter where you are. it's great to have a company that you can rely on that is dependable and completes the service and quick manner that doesn't overcharge.I would highly recommend Polk air conditioning to anyone who's looking for service that is reliable, dependable and not overpriced. thank you Polk Air!

Wow! Payne Air did it again! They sent Greg, one of many techs at payne. He figured out the problem within minutes. Every time they come out they are polite and punctual. Customer service at the office is truly amazing, everytime my husband and i need something. We are truly grateful for you guys! God bless you and God bless America 🇺🇸

Payne has always been the best! Best response, best techs, best receptionist!! My AC quit in 95 degree weather and they were there in less than 2 hours.

We had only good experiences with Payne Air. The technician Greg who was very friendly and personable cleaned out our lines and stopped a really bad leak. He then checked back with us to see if it was still ok.
