Payne was the contractor hired to install my A/C system by our builder. I have had to contact them a few times regarding some issues with our equipment, and each time they have been professional and extremely responsive in handling our issues quickly. I would highly recommend utilizing their services, my family and I are very satisfied with what we've received from them so far!

Went to Payne for a drain pan, a condenser pad and clips. He had the items but told me $300 is too much and that I should try RE Michel first. Saved me $154.79! Thanks dude!

Greg did a fantastic job when he came out to work on my AC! He was right on time, which was great for my tight schedule, had her up in running within the hour, was incredibly informative and explained what had happened inside my unit, and my pets loved him. I would definitely call him again if I need any more repairs.

Our experience with Payne Air was EXCELLENT. We had an emergency situation and they were onsite with half an hour of calling. Our technician, Cameron, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem immediately and fix it the same day. I was also impressed with how CLEAR and HONEST he was upfront about how much everything would cost and what we could do in the future to prevent what happened.
