Jeff is an amazing technician. He was quick to diagnose the issue and fix it the first time in a prompt and professional manner. I highly recommend Payne and Jeff for all of your a/c and heating needs.

Keith came out to install a fan motor that another local company misdiagnosed the issue for. However, he still made a thorough check of my unit. He gave his recommendations and installed the motor. This company was well priced when the other company wanted to charge me so much more for the same work. I will definitely use them in the future.

Payne got us a next day appointment. Was able to solve our issue on the spot. Noah was super friendly and professional. Very happy with the service.

My home was without functioning air conditioner for 9 months. We tried several companies who "fixed" our problem -a fix which lasted for approximately 3-5 hours. When the Trane unit finally stopped ( approximately 5 years old), we contacted Paynes. On that same day, David came and diagnosed our problem almost immediately. Since then, we have air and the unit is running properly. Thank you David.
